Professional Experience Since 1987, I have focused on the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). For 25 years I have been an ADR practitioner, mediating over 2,000 cases including issues involving the ADA, EEO matters to include sexual harassment and other types of discrimination IAW Title IX and Title VII; divorce and child custody; workplace conflict; and crisis negotiation. I have also been a program administrator for countywide programs in Virginia and New York, and have been a trainer for government agencies and organizations as well as for other corporations and entities throughout the United States.
