Integrated Applications System Flow chart

is an Integrated Applications System We prepared this document, asanoverview, in order to give you a bi briefidea about the Flowchart ( integration ti ) of the applications in NSD ERP System, NSD ERP System includes the following applications and functionalities: Financial (Accounting) Students System Human Resources (Personnel Administration, Time, Payroll, Recruitment, Organization ) Logistics (Materials, Warehousing, Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory ) Sales and Distribution Vehicles System NSD ERP is an Integrated System. The individual applications in the NSD ERP System are fully integrated. All data that are used across applications are stored at client level (the client is the highest hierarchical level in the NSD System). Specifications that you make or data that you enter at this levell are valid for all company codes and for all other organizational structures. t Consequently, you do not have to enter these specifications or data more than once. Central maintenance ensures standardized data. Students, Employees, Customers and vendors master records, for example, are stored centrally and used in the applications Financial Accounting (FI), Sales and Distribution (SD) and Materials (MM).. Also, the individual applications exchange data so that business transactions do not need to be entered more than once. For example, invoices that are posted in SD are passed on to FI, and data that is entered in FI is passed on to other applications. If you use Cost Center Accounting, for example, you can specify a cost center directly when you enter a document, to which the amount entered in the line item, is to be posted.

Organizational Elements In the NSD ERP System: Organizational elements are structures that represent the legal and/or organizational views of an enterprise You can design your company structure based on your business processes and reporting requirements The organizational elements form a framework that supports all business activities. All Applications and sub applications are fully integrated The Database access is limited and controlled Power users and system administrators have their interfaces allowing them to customize and enhance your business scenario and process Query reports allowing you to build and save your useful reports and parameters 3
