Go to section called McAfee EndPoint Protection New Orders 2yr Select the correct shopping cart based on if you require a McAfee Agent for a PC or MAC. If you need to purchase additional licenses, update the quantity by entering the required amount in the area indicated by the green arrow and then clicking on. Once you have completed updating the cart and have no other items to purchase, click on to proceed to the next page.
Once you are brought to the below page, please complete all the information marked with a red * The Shipping Information should be your Coldwell Banker office location and the Billing & Payment Information is the address linked to your Credit Card. Once you have completed all the required details below click on to proceed to the next page. Include your email address and tel #. This is needed so that we can send you an order confirmation or contact you if need be. Please ensure that you follow the format indicated. For this section, please complete only the sections marked with a red asterisk. The city and state fields will autopopulate themselves once you enter the zip code. In this section you must provide your credit details and the billing information related to your card. Please ensure you enter the information as it appears on your credit card statements.
You may see a pop up stating This address already exists. Would you like to use it for this order? Please click on the button. It will then verify your address and you may need to click on again to proceed to next page. This pop up will appear when another Agent within your location has already input the same Coldwell Banker address location on a previous order they placed for themselves. Once on the next page, you will see the information you entered on the previous screen. Your order is not yet processed at this point. Please review the information to ensure it is accurate (ex: email address, first and last name, etc). Once the review is completed click on to proceed to the final page.
You are now on the final confirmation page. An order confirmation will then be sent to the email address you provided as well as Realogy s IT help desk. This will alert them that you need this software installed onto your computer and they will contact you to schedule an installation date. Please write down your Order Reference Number in the event you do not receive an email with your order confirmation. The Order Reference Number is located at the top left hand corner of the page in bolded blue.
