Login 3 Log in with your e-mail address and the password that you received in the invitation e-mail.

6 Step 1 Installing the MDM certificate
Installing the MDM certificate 7 There are three steps to install the Apple MDM certificate: 1. Download 2. Upload 3. Install
Downloading the Certificate Request 8 Download the Certificate Request (ApplePushInfo.txt) and file it securely.
Downloading the MDM Certificate 9 Access the Apple Push Certificates Portal via the Upload button. Log in with your Apple ID and accept the terms of use.
Downloading the MDM Certificate 10 Create a new Push Certificate by uploading the previously downloaded Certificate Request to the portal.
Downloading the MDM Certificate 11 If the request upload is successful, a green tick is displayed and you can download the certificate. Save this file securely as well. You can then close the Apple Push Certificate Portal again.
Installing the MDM Certificate 12 In the third and final step you upload the Apple certificate (MDM_MobileIron_Certificate.pem) you have just downloaded to the platform. Once all three steps have a green tick, click 'Continue'.
13 Step 2 Configurations
Configuring mail service 14 In Step 2 you can configure your mail service to fit your IT environment.
Password rules 16 Define the password rules that are to apply to registered devices.
17 Step 3 Adding apps
Adding apps 18 Select one or several apps that will be available to end users in the 'App Catalogue'.
21 Step 4 Inviting users
Inviting users 22 Add users to your system by entering their e-mail addresses in the appropriate window. These users will then receive an invitation mail which allows them to start the device registration process.
23 Completing the configuration
Overview 24 You will now be able to see all configurations in the overview at a glance. Click Finish to complete set up.
Faults 25 You can call our fault line on 0800 724 724. Proceed as follows: Dial 0800 724 724 and key in the language you require Then select 1 for Faults and technical support Then press 2 for Data services to speak to your service advisor. Tell your service advisor your lead service ( Mobile Device Services ) to ensure that your request is dealt with immediately.
