A graduate of Finance, from the University of Lagos. He is currently an anchor/presenter at CNBC Africa, a Pan African business news network, where he speaks to regulators and business leaders on a wide range of topics. Prior to joining CNBC Africa, Wole served as the head of research at PHB Asset Management and Afrinvest West Africa. He is a skilled facilitator of business and soft skill courses. Olujimi Tewe Olujimi is the Chief Executive Officer of Inspiro Consulting, a Human Resource and Career Services solution provider. Prior to establishing Inspiro, he was the Head of Talent Resourcing for Bank PHB where he had responsibility for the Recruitment and Manpower planning functions across the bank s locations. Before joining Bank PHB, Olujimi was at different times the Head of Recruitment and Head of Organizational Development & Effectiveness for United Bank for Africa. At Accenture, where he worked before moving to UBA, Olujimi was privileged to work on the Human Performance team that implemented the transformation programs for various organizations. To date, he has spoken to thousands of people at various speaking engagements on topics ranging from career success to life management skills. He has authored two books and he is the host of the weekly program, The Interview, on City 105.1 FM. He has travelled around the world with his special training called the career shift a special training for those who want to move from paid employment. He facilitates soft skills, HR and leadership courses. Eniola Martin-Oru Eniolaoluwa Martin-Oru has a background in Psychology and Management. She began her career as a research consultant in the year 2000 in Research and Marketing services, a renowned international research firm; where she provided creative advice to several multinational companies.
She then moved to become an HR consultant with Kimberly Ryan in 2002, one of the leading HR firms in Nigeria, for several years. In 2008,she moved to become the Group Director for Human resources in the Vodker Group of companies (including UNIC Insurance, Nigerian German Chemicals and Critical Rescue International), where she managed almost 1,200 employees. She is currently the CEO and Managing Consultant of Nicole Sinclair and helps businesses in building for progress. She is a renowned speaker and has helped several business both small and large, plan and structure for more effectiveness. Uche Obuba Uche Obuba, is a passionate business woman. She is the owner of Dynamic Concepts, a business focused of interior, homes and beauty. She is also a Global partner of Avenues to Wealth. A global wealth services company. Uchenna has had outstanding results in starting a business and creating value for herself. She has an outstanding record of making several millions of naira within ten months of business. She brings a lot of zeal and passion to her trainings that can be contagious for an entrepreneur. Seun Odia Seun holds a Bachelors Degree in Economics and a Masters Degree in Public Administration from the University of Lagos and Lagos State University respectively.
