Setup The basic settings for the survey are made in this step. 1. Survey type Here you can select the distribution method to be used for the survey: E-mail survey (multiple accesses) By selecting E-mail survey the survey is not anonymous. The system uses the respondents e-mail address to identify the individual responding to the current survey. E-mail survey makes it possible for the respondent to be able to log in multiple times to respond to the survey. This may be preferable if the survey is extensive and expected to take a long time to answer. It is possible to make the survey anonymous. This means that the survey will be sent out by e-mail to the selected respondents, but individual answers will be shown anonymously. The appearance will be identical to that of a link survey that is also anonymous. E-mail survey (single access) Conditions are the same as for E-mail survey, the only difference is that the respondent is here granted access to the survey only once and after the survey is completed, the response is locked. Link survey

By choosing Link survey your survey is distributed by a link. You can send this link out by e-mail or place it on your website, for example. Since a link survey cannot be connected to a specific e-mail address, the survey is held anonymously By choosing Link survey a text box is shown where the maximum number of responses should be entered. Once the selected number of answers has been received, the survey is closed. New respondents are notified that the maximum number of responses has already been received and that the survey is closed. The maximum limit can be changed at any time during the course of the survey. One response per person means that respondent has access to the survey only once per computer. Tip! Consider the survey type carefully so it fits your survey as much as possible! It is possible to change the survey type later, but this can sometimes create a conflict in the survey settings. 2. Survey name Survey name is an internal choice that is only shown in the administration interface and is therefore not seen by the respondent. 3. Survey owner Survey owner is the formal owner of the survey and is the one who holds the agreement with Netigate. This is filled in by Netigate upon entering the agreement and is visible to the respondent in the survey. 4. E-mail to contact person E-mail to contact person is the address of the person who will receive questions from respondents concerning the survey. This address will not be visible for the respondents in the survey, but when respondents click on the contact link in the survey their e-mail message is directed to this address, and then the address will be visible to the respondents. 5 & 6. Start date and end date Survey start date and survey end date indicate when you want the survey to start and to close. If a respondent tries to answer the survey at any time other than between these dates, a message will be displayed stating that the survey is not active. Note that the start date is not the same as the release date, but only means that the survey is ready to receive answers from this date forward, on the condition that the survey is activated. 7. Survey language Survey language makes it possible to select the language in which the tool will be presented for the respondents. The language selected applies for automatic messages and button texts used in the tool. There are currently 35 different languages available, with new languages being added all the time. 8. Design template Design template indicates what design will be applied for this survey. It is possible to return to this page and change the template choice at any time. You can also create

templates to match your organization see General design settings for more information. 9. Question distribution Question distribution indicates whether you want to show the questions on one or multiple pages. Choose multiple pages to show the questions on multiple pages, choose one page if you want to show all questions on a single page. We recommend showing one question per page as this often makes the survey appear easier to follow. In certain cases, however, it may be more appropriate to show all the questions on the same page, such as when trying to convey more of a form feel. Note: if so-called branching is used, one question per page is automatically set! 10. E-mail report E-mail report is an optional setting that enables ongoing reporting of received answers. The options look different depending on whether you have selected e-mail survey or link survey. The report will be sent to the e-mail address given under e-mail to contact person and also to the respondent if this option has been selected. The report will be sent repeatedly according to the interval selected. It is also possible just to let each respondent submit their answers by e-mail. Note: the option Send individual answers to contact person means that an e-mail message will be generated for every individual answer and is therefore not recommended in surveys with a very high number of respondents. 11. Question numbers Question numbers gives you the possibility to choose whether dynamic question numbers will be displayed or not. 12. Survey category Survey category gives you the possibility to categorize your surveys into different categories. These categories are managed via the menu option Settings from the start page. If no categories have been created, this setting is not visible under this tab. At the bottom of the page there is also the possibility to write memos and comments. This text can be read by clicking on the flag in the list of your surveys. The text cannot be read by the respondents. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, Introduction.

Introduction Heading and welcome text Here you are given the possibility to write a welcome heading and a welcome letter that the respondents will see when they open the survey. This text can, for example, state the purpose of the survey or give special instructions to the respondents. Tip! We recommend that you take this opportunity to give the respondents a better understanding of the purpose of their participation and of what the results of the survey will be used for. If these fields are left blank, the respondents will go directly to the questions in your survey. Note that no response is registered until the respondent has clicked through to the actual questions. This means that the respondent can choose to come back later to answer the survey. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, Questions.

Questions Question is used to create new questions. Different question mechanisms can be combined with the question according to need or preference. Question: This is where the actual question text is entered. Remember not to number the questions since the system takes care of this automatically (unless dynamic numbering is deselected under Set up). This field can naturally also be left blank. Question background or description: Here you can enter a more detailed description of the question with an explanation or instructions. Response mechanism: Here you can choose the response mechanism that best suits your question. Common for all response mechanisms Click on the note pad to edit a question or its response mechanism. We do not recommend editing the response mechanisms during an ongoing survey as reliability in responses already received and statistics may become misleading. Contact Netigate if you would like to edit an ongoing survey and then we will help you in the best way possible! Click on the red X to delete a question or response mechanism.

Click on the disk to save the existing question. It is now possible to begin a new question. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, End Text. It is, of course, possible to return to the Question-tab later to add new questions. By checking Answer required the respondent must answer the question in order to proceed in the survey. If the respondent tries to proceed in the survey without having answered this question, a message will appear informing the respondent that this question is obligatory. Tip! We recommend using obligatory answers carefully, as this increases the risk of having the respondent leave the survey. Text box

Text box makes it possible for the respondent to enter a brief text as a response. When Text box is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens and you will be given the chance to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally also be left blank. It is possible to limit the maximum number of characters the response may contain. If maximum number of characters is not filled in, the maximum length is automatically 150 characters. Select Answer required if you want the response to be mandatory. Select Numerical required if you want only numerical values (digits) to be approved as a response. Select E-mail validation if only an e-mail address is vaild as response.. By clicking Save the window closes and the question with the new text box is displayed.

Text area Text area makes it possible for the respondent to enter a brief text as a response, such as a comment or an opinion.

A Text area is similar to the response mechanism Text area, with the difference that limitation in maximum number of characters, numerical values or e-mail validation cannot be entered. When Text area is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens, where you are given the ability to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally be left blank. The size of the Text area can be stated by selected small, normal, or large. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. By clicking Save the window closes and the question with the new text box is displayed. Radio buttons

Radio buttons are effective when only one of multiple response alternatives may be chosen. When Radio buttons is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. Select Random order if the order of the response alternatives should be random. Select Vertical or Horizontal depending on how you want the response alternatives to be presented in your survey. Under Description you are given the opportunity to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally also be left blank. The response alternatives are entered into the blank fields. Fields left blank will not be visible in the question. By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new radio buttons is displayed.

Radio buttons Weighted Radio buttons Weighted provide the same possibilities as ordinary radio buttons except that here you are also given the ability to weight the response alternatives. Weighting the response alternatives gives you the ability to draw different types of values in your report.

When Radio buttons weighted is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens. Enter the desired weighting after each response alternative. If the box is left empty, this response alternative is not included in the calculation of the weighting. By assigning a response alternative the value 0 the alternative is included in the calculation and therefore weighted lower than 1. By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new weighted radio buttons is displayed. Check box

Check box makes it possible for the respondent to enter several response alternatives for one and the same question. When Check box is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. Select Random order if the order of the response alternatives should be random. Under Description you are given the opportunity to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally also be left blank. Min and max give you the possibility of determining the minimum and maximum number of response alternatives the respondent must/can check. The response alternatives are entered into the blank fields. Fields left blank will not be visible in the question. With the function Hide header you can hide the title of the answer alternatives which will give a clearer presentation of the questions because the heading is not repeated. Use the horizontal adjustment, and click the Hide header in the response that comes first. In the example below, Hide header is used in the upper question.

By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new checkboxes is displayed. Drop-down

A Drop-down functions in the same way as radio buttons, i.e. the respondent can only choose one response alternative. When Drop-down is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. Select Random order if the order of the response alternatives should be random. Under Description you are given the opportunity to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally also be left blank. The response alternatives are entered into the blank fields. Fields left blank will not be visible in the survey. The function Change to list view can be used in cases where you have a large number of response alternatives. All response alternatives are pasted into one box and you avoid having to enter a response alternative for every field. Click on Change to list view to reach this function. In the example below, a list of all countries is pasted in and a dropdown is created. Note that each response alternative must be listed on a new line. By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new drop-down is displayed.

Matrix Matrix is a suitable response mechanism if several questions have the same response alternatives.

When Matrix is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens, where you are given the ability to further specify the question with a description. This field can naturally also be left blank. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. The response alternatives are entered into the blank fields. Fields left blank will not be visible in the survey. Enter questions or statements in the boxes marked Row and response alternatives in the boxes marked Column. By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new Matrix is displayed. Matrix Weighted A Matrix Weighted gives you the same possibilities as a standard Matrix, but here you also have the option of weighting the response alternatives. When Matrix Weighted is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens, where you are given the ability to further specify the question ith a description. The response alternatives are entered into the new window that has opened. Fields left blank will not be visible in the survey. Select Answer required if you want the response to be obligatory. Enter questions or statements in the boxes marked Row and response alternatives in the boxes marked Column. Enter the desired weighting after each response alternative. If the box is left empty, this response alternative is not included in the calculation of the weighting. By assigning the response alternative value 0, the alternative is included in the calculation and weighted lower than 1. By clicking Save, the window closes and the question with the new Matrix is displayed. With Side by side matrix a weighted matrix is created which presents two response alternatives in correlation to each other. Create a question in Matrix Weighted and write answers, then click the box for Side by side matrix. Copy the question, click on edit and enter new answers. Do not click the box for Side by side matrix in this one. Side by side matrix can be useful if you want to see responses correlated to each other and it also facilitates creations of spider charts.

Ranking Ranking mechanism is constructed as a Matrix (see previous), but it is not possible to enter the same response alternative multiple times. The number of columns entered results in the ranking. For example, 6 rows and 3 columns will be created if you want the respondent to rank 3 out of 6 alternatives. Info text The Info text function makes it possible to enter additional text as a complementary explanation to a question and its response alternative. Info text can be used regardless of the type of response mechanism the question is constructed with. When you select Info text in the drop-down menu a new window opens, where any text can be entered. Click Save for the text to be attached to the current question. Image The Image mechanism makes it possible to upload images in conjunction with questions, which can be a very preferable option. Click on Browse to select images from the computer and then on Upload selected image to save the image in the question. Note that images have a maximum width of 600 pixels.

Background data Background data is a very helpful function if you already have information on your respondents that you want to use in your survey. By using Background data you will not have to ask your respondents for this information; you can save the information in advance in your survey. The data is linked to the respondent email address and therefore automatically follows in the survey results. This function is only available in nonanonymous email surveys. Contact Netigate if this function is not available in your account, and we will be happy to assist you. Save background data To be able to use this function you must first save the background data for your survey. This is done under Settings Respondent list Background data. Note that the data must be saved in Excell 97-03. Upload background data By then selecting the response mechanism Background data a list of the data saved in your account is shown. If, for example, you have previously added background data for the respondent s given department, zip code and sex, you will be able to see this in this field. If, for example, you want to use the background data Departments, highlight this selection and then click Save. Repeat the process if you want to add more background variables. The selected background data is now saved in the survey and linked to the respondent email addresses. The respondents therefore do not need to enter what department they work in themselves, as this has already been saved in the survey and will be automatically displayed in the results of the survey. Show respondent: Basically all background data will be invisible for the respondent but will be visible in the report. The respondents will therefore not see any questions concerning the background data. If you want the respondent to be able to see the background data and also be able to correct any potential mistakes, check Show respondent. Answer required: If you choose to show the background data to the respondents you can choose to make this question mandatory. This may be a good idea in the event that you are missing background data for certain respondents. They must then fill in the missing information in order to proceed in the survey. All updated information is saved automatically in your saved background data files. By clicking on Save, the window closes and the new background data is displayed. Contact Netigate if you have questions about this or if you need further assistance.

Slider The Slider is effective when the respondent is asked to give a score between two given values. When Slider is selected as a response mechanism, a new window opens. Under Description you are given the opportunity to further specify the question with a description. This field can of course also be left blank. Your grading scale is entered in the field From and To. Note that the values must go from low to high, in other words from 0 to 10, for example. In the field Left label you can enter what corresponds to grade 0, for example Very bad. In the field Right label you can enter what corresponds to grade 10, for example Very good.

Click Display chosen value if you want your values, in this case 0-10, to be visible to the respondent. By clicking on Save, the window closes and the question with the new slider is displayed. Library The library tab is divided into three sections; Current questions, Your surveys and Library. Current questions: Here you will see the questions that are saved in your current survey. If the survey does not contain any questions, this section will be blank. This section will expand as new questions are added. Your surveys:under Your surveys you will see your own ongoing and completed surveys with the same language as your current survey. Question library: This library was created by Netigate to allow you to utilize and find inspiration for -questions and surveys. Here you will find different surveys within general topics and it is possible to copy these. It is possible to copy individual questions from a survey or copy all questions from a survey. Once the questions have been copied into your current survey, they can be edited and changed as you need or wish. Copy individual questions Click on the survey containing the question you want to copy. By clicking on Add this question next to the current question, it is automatically imported to the survey, and you can now edit the question as needed. Click on Overview to get to the editing mode.

By clicking on the question, it is opened in a new window and the question can be studied in detail. Click on Add this question to add the question from this view. Copy a survey To copy all questions in a survey, click on Copy a survey. All questions are now automatically imported into your current survey and you can edit and change the survey according to your needs and preferences. Click on the survey s heading to preview all questions of the survey.

Copy a survey from startview It is also possible to copy a complete survey with the introduction text, questions, end text, e-mail and all settings. Note that this is not done from Library but from the start page of the login site where you choose the function Copy a survey. This imports the entire survey to your account- in other words, not into a previously created survey. Click Add this survey to import the survey to your account and name the survey in the box shown. When the survey has been imported, it is possible to edit the questions under the Overview tab. Click Add this survey to import the survey to your account. It is now possible to change and edit the surveys as you wish. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, End text. Or click on the tab Question to continue writing your own questions. Magic Import

The third way to create questions is by using the function Magic Import. Magic import functions by letting Netigate interpret free text. If there is an existing survey, in MS Word format, for example, Magic Import can be used to copy and paste the text in the Magic Import window. You can also use Magic Import if you want to enter your questions directly into this window instead of entering them via the Question-tab. By clicking on Preview Netigate will show how the pasted-in material will be interpreted. If the result is favorable, the import is completed by clicking on Import. If the result is not favorable, it is easier to change the original material instead of editing the imported questions. If changes are desired, it is therefore better to click on Cancel and make changes in the Word document. Repeat the process and click on Preview again to see if the results have been favorable. It is important to note that Netigate makes the best possible evaluation of the pasted material; post-processing and editorial corrections may be necessary. Some tips about how Magic Import works: Add a colon (:) after the final response alternative to add an open text answer. Write a question without response options to create an open text answer. Magic Import cannot differentiate between radio buttons and check boxes but it is very simple to re-save them as one or the other afterwards. Click on the question s editing mode to change the response mechanism.

End text Under this tab it is possible to enter a thank you text that your respondents will see when they are finished with the survey. We recommend that you always write a closing text to thank the respondent for having taken the time to answer your survey. There are different ways of creating a thank you text: Thank you text only In the top field you enter the heading for the closing text and in the larger field below you enter the actual text with the information you wish to communicate. Closing thank you text followed by desired website. In the top field you enter the heading for the closing text and in the larger field below you enter the actual text with the information you wish to communicate. By entering a URL in the intended field the respondent is sent onwards to the site after having read the closing text. The time it takes before the respondent is redirected depends on the amount of text. Closing thank you text with a direct link to a desired website. If no text is entered in the thank you text field, the respondent is immediately redirected to the page with the URL given. Closing thank you text followed by an aggregated report Enter the closing text as usual. In the field for the website address you can instead copy in the link that is found under the heading direct link to report. Once the respondent has read the closing text, he or she is redirected to a report of all received responses. The time it takes before the respondent is redirected depends on the amount of text.

No closing thank you text, but only a direct link to an aggregated report. No closing thank you text, but only a direct link to an aggregated report. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, Overview. It is also possible to distribute the aggregated report by e-mail to individuals that you want to keep informed of the survey results. The report is completely anonymous. No e- mail addresses or names are visible in the report. The report cannot be broken down to separate single answers.

Overview The entire form is shown in this step. The welcome text, questions and closing thank you text are shown here, and you can easily control the layout, spelling, and other details of the questions. You can also edit the text of questions and answers directly by double clicking the selected subject. To save changes, press Enter or click outside the frame of the questions. To change the order of the questions, click on the selected question and drag and drop it to a new location. Click on Collapse all questions just to see the survey questions, i.e. without seeing any response alternatives. Click on Expand all questions to see the survey questions with accompanying response alternatives. Click on the blue plus icon to expand the individual question and its response alternative. Click on the blue minus icon to minimize the individual question and its response alternative. Click on the notepad icon to edit the question. Click on the red X to delete the question. Click on the upwards arrow to sort the questions. The upwards arrow moves the current question one step up. The downwards arrow moves the current question one step down. Another way to move questions is to highlight the question in its left checkbox and then use the arrows in the top left corner. If you have many questions it may be simpler to move questions in this way. Click on this symbol to highlight all questions. Click on this symbol to unhighlight all questions. *Required If you have chosen to use obligatory answers, this will be indicated below the current response mechanism. Add / edit branching From this view you can control settings for so-called branching. It means that it is possible to control the respondent s path through the questions using special conditions. Examples of such conditions are that in cases where the respondent answers yes to question 1, this will automatically be moved to question 4 without having to answer questions 2 and 3.

Set these conditions by clicking on the link Add / edit branching under the response mechanism the rule is desired for. A new window is now opened where all response alternatives are shown. Next to the response alternatives a drop-down menu of questions is displayed and by selecting a question the respondent is moved there according to the conditions you have set. Note that branching can only be created if the response alternatives consist of radio buttons or drop-down menu. It is only possible to create rules in one response mechanism per question. We recommend that you never sort or change the order of questions once the branching has been created, as this would increase the risk of error. Click on the green arrow to continue to the next step, Distribution

Distribution E-mail survey Mail On this page you can create the actual e-mail message that provides the respondents the link needed to access to survey. Naturally this message can contain any other information in addition to the link. From address: The sender s email address is entered here. This address is therefore visible to the respondent. Any bounces and responses to the e-mail address will come to this address. Subject: The heading of the e-mail message is entered here. Mail text above link: Here you enter the information you want placed above the link to the survey in the e-mail message. Mail text below link: Here you enter the information you want placed below the link to the survey in the e-mail message. The reason for having two different fields for text entry is that the link is very sensitive and can easily be corrupted. In this phase, the link is not visible at all, so no accidental damage can occur. Include Optional-Out link in mail: If you want to enable the respondent to opt out of future mailings, it is possible to include an opt-out link by checking the box. A link is now pasted into the email message that tells the respondent that he or she can click on it to be removed from future mailings. A respondent who clicks on this link automatically ends up in the Block for mailings. (See more on the Block list in the section for Settings

Respondent lists. If you are unsure as to whether or not this function is preferable, we recommend that you click the box. The link can easily be taken out of the email message later on. Send date: Here you select the date and time the survey will be sent out. Date for reminder: It is also possible to select when and if a reminder will be sent out to the respondents that have not answered the survey. The box is left empty if no reminder is desired. A previously saved reminder can be deleted before the reminder is sent out. This is edited by deleting the date from the reminder field and then clicking on the green arrow. It is also possible to change the reminder date, both before and after the mailing. Change the date of the reminder and then click on Reset reminder. If you have previously visited this page (for the current survey) and there is already a letter saved, the text field is no longer divided into two parts but rather is now in one and the same text box. It is now important to be careful so that the link is not accidentally damaged. If the link is deleted or damaged in some other way, the respondents will not be able to answer the survey. In the image above you can see your own text above and below the link to the survey. The rest of the html-code you see in this view is information to the respondent that will be visible in the e-mail message. The first code below your own text is a copy of the link to your survey. The second code contains information on the opt-out link (if the box for the opt-out link is checked), and the third includes information stating that the survey is being distributed by Netigate. This is the appearance of the email message that the respondent will receive from you:

When the e-mail message is complete, click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, Respondents. E-mail survey Respondents From this view you can send out a test survey, preview your survey, add respondents, review and sort your respondents and create new logins. Test the survey: By entering an e-mail address in the blank field and then clicking on Test the survey an e-mail address is sent to the selected address. The survey looks exactly as it will appear to the respondent. By testing the survey this way, it is possible to check the survey contents and appearance along with the e-mail message. Note: no response from the test survey will be registered. It is possible to test the survey how many times you like using either the same e-mail address or several different addresses. You can also send the test survey to multiple e-mail addresses at the same time. Separate the e-mail addresses with a semicolon, comma, or space. Preview: Click on the magnifying glass to preview the survey. A new window will open where you will see how your survey will appear. Note that not responses are saved if you respond to the survey from this preview mode.

Add respondents: By entering e-mail addresses in the large text field, you can add respondents to the live e-mail release. The e-mail addresses are separated by one of the following alternatives: Semicolon (;), Comma (,), Space ( ) or Line break. It is also possible to separate addresses with a combination of these. Enter or paste in e-mail addresses and click on Add respondents in the box. These addresses will now be saved in the database and the page will e reloaded, ready to accept more addresses. If an e-mail address is entered twice, the person will nonetheless be sent only one copy of the survey. When importing, every email address is reviewed and checked against the Block list and Bounce list. If any of the e-mail addresses are included in these lists, they will not receive the survey once it has been activated. Respondents can be added at any time during the course of an ongoing survey. This is done just as before. The tool automatically senses if the address received is new or if it is

already in the respondent list. Only new addresses are added, which means that the respondent does not risk being contacted multiple times for the same survey. The addresses added are presented in four tabs: Under To be sent- tab, you will find the addresses that are to receive the survey when you have activated the survey. Note that the survey is not released until you press the Order survey- button under the Order- tab. The Bounce-list shows email addresses that are included in the bounce list- these will not be included in the survey mailing. This may be an email address that has previously bounced and you have therefore added it to the bounce list. No address ends up here automatically; rather, this can only be done by you or a person with access to your account. Under the tab Block-list you will find the email addresses that are on the block list and that will not be included in the survey release. The people on the block list are the ones who previously used the opt-out link. The tab Sent shows the respondents that have already been contacted. Click on any of the above tabs to see the email addresses in their respective category. Under each tab it is possible to see how many surveys the respondent has had sent to him or her, as well as how many surveys they have participated in. Respondents with a very low participation rate will be marked in red. Next to every address there is a checkbox that can be used to: Add an e-mail address to the Bounce or Block-list, remove an email address from the Bounce or Block-list or remove an e-mail address from the survey. This means that an exception is made just for this survey. In order to permanently delete or add an e-mail address from the Bounce- or Block-list this must be managed from Settings and Respondent lists. It is also possible to sort the e-mail addresses by domain, which may be applicable when you want to see what organizations are in the contact list, for example. Clicking on a letter will sort the list by first letter. Clicking on the address will open a new window with an overview over the history of this respondent. Respondents can be added at any time during the course of an ongoing survey. This is done just as before under Add respondents. The tool automatically senses if the address received is new or if it is already in the respondent list. Only new addresses are added, which means that the respondent does not risk being contacts multiple times for the same survey. Create Logins: It is also possible to create logins for your respondents. If you for some reason do not have access to the respondent email addresses, logins enable the same advantages as an e-mail survey in the form of track ability, for example. The respondents are given a username and password that grants them access to log into your survey via www.netigate.se/answer. It is also possible to create multiple logins for one respondent. Click Create logins. You can now choose to create specific logins. This gives every respondent a personal username and password. It is possible for the respondents to log in and answer half the survey and then log back in later an answer the remaining

questions then. Enter the names of the individuals for whom you want to create logins, and then click Create logins. Alternatively, you can create a username with any number of logins. Enter the username and then decide how many logins you want to create. Click on the green arrow to save and continue to the next step, Order.

SMS In order to distribute a survey via SMS it has to be an e-mail survey. When you click the tab for Respondents the tab for SMS will appear. In order to distribute the survey via SMS, start with activating the survey. To be able to send the survey via sms you have to send it one time to an e-mail address. Under the SMS tab you can edit the message and add respondents. In the first box, type the sender of the SMS. In the box below you can write a text message in maximum 100 characters. The link to the survey in the message appears below the text of the SMS. Add respondents mobile phone numbers in the box below. Make sure they are separated by either; or, or line break. When finished, click Add respondents. Note that the phone number must include country code and exclude all forms of separations, e.g.: 46701234567. Click Add respondents and then Order survey at Order. You can see which number you have send out the survey to if you click the link Send outs.

Link survey Below you will find a description how distribution works and how it is possible to test the survey before release. Link: The link inside the green frame is your unique link to use to distribute your survey. If you want to send the survey via your own email client, then you can copy the link in this window and paste it into your own email message. The recipient of your email message will click on the link and will then automatically be brought to the survey. It is possible for this individual to answer to the survey and then forward the link to another person, who can then go in and answer the survey. If under Set up you clicked on one answer / person then the recipient can only answer the survey once per computer. If you have not clicked on one answer / person under Set up then the recipient can answer the survey multiple times from the same computer. To test the survey: The link in the red frame is your test link. In order to test your survey before the release, it is possible either to click on the link in this window or copy the link and then send it as an email message to any test recipient. Note that no responses are saved for the survey when using a test link.
