TEST YOUR ENGINEERING & DESIGN SKILLS & D Join us on Saturday, Jan. 9th for the 2016 Bridge Busting Competition sponsored by Fox Valley Family YMCA, Rural King of Plano, and 4-H This fun and challenging competition tests your bridgebuilding prowess, and encourages math, engineering and design skills! Bridges will be judged on both structural strength and aesthetics. Team categories include: Youth teams (ages 10 and up) Family teams including adults School teams (5th to 12th grade) Teams must have a minimum of 2 members. Youth participating in any category should be age 10 or older. Nov. 2-17 Nov. 23-25 Registration Contest packets will be available for pick-up Nov. 23-25. Packets include: contest rules, general information about bridge busting and project supplies. Until Jan. 8 As a team, design and build your bridge at home or at school.
