PERSEUS, the objectives PERSEUS is part of the CNES Launcher Directorate projects preparing the future, in consistency with the other projects (R&T, X- Demonstrators, ). The objectives are: 1. To Promote innovationsand to test promising technologies applicable to space transportation systems 2. To carry out these activities by students within an university or associative frame, driven by an educational initiativeincreasing their motivation for space jobs 3. To develop a set of ground & flight demonstrators, based upon above technologies, and preliminary system studies of nano satellites launchers (typical target size). Major points: 1. PERSEUS Management The Projects Management & Quality, adapted from industry, are applied to the student s projects(pedagogical frame, or associative frame). Application of «management specifications» adapted for each project management per phase with reviews: Objectives Preliminary Definition Critical Definition Qualification, & flight Aptitude.
