Installation of USB Driver under command of Windows 2000/ Windows XP Operational system 2. Internet Access 1. Installation of USB Driver under command of Windows Operational System Regulation of connections for Windows 2000 Note: Do not connect CDMA Terminal to the computer till installation process is over!!!! 1) You should find ZTE_USBDriver.exe on CD disc (Data Service Guide CD-ROM) of the user manual and make a double click, separate it by left click of the mouse.
2) Press Next >. 3) If you want to mark another (file) where installation is to be carried out press Change. After selection press Next >. 4) To begin installation press Install.
5) Press Finish, installation of USB Driver has been successfully finished, installation process is stopped. 6) Connect CDMA Terminal to the computer via USB wire. Found New Hardware will appear on display. Press Next>. 7) Press Next >
8) Select Modems in Hardware Type equipment menu, press Next >. 9) Press Have Disk. 10) Press Browse.
11) Find and open the file where USB Driver has been installed (the 3 rd step of the given manual), find Win2k&XP file there, open it, find Ztedm2k&XP.inf, mark it and press OK. 12) Press Next >. 13) Press Next >. 14) Press Yes.
15) To completely finish the installation process of USB Driver press Finish. Regulation of connections for Windows XP 1) You should find ZTE_USBDriver.exe on CD disc (Data Service Guide CD-ROM) of the user manual and make a double click, separate it by left click of the mouse. 2) Press Next >.
3) If you want to mark another (file) where installation is to be carried out press Change. After selection press Next >. 4) To begin installation press Install. 5) Press Finish, installation of USB Driver has been successfully completed, installation process is stopped. 6) Connect CDMA Terminal to the computer via USB wire. If DMA Terminal is not connected, USB Device Not Recognized will appear on the monitor. If CDMA Terminal is connected, Found New Hardware will appear on the monitor.
7) Master ( Found New Hardware Wizard ) of the equipment installation will appear on the monitor. Select as stated below and press Next >. 8) Select as stated below and press Next >. 9) Select as stated below and press Next >.
10) Select Hardware Type in Modems menu and press. 11) Press Have Disk. 12) Press Browse. 13) Find and open the file where USB Driver has been installed (the 3 rd step of the given manual), find Win2k&XP file there, open it, find Ztedm2k&XP.inf, mark it and press OK.
14) Press Next >. 15) Press Continue Anyway. 16) To completely finish USB Driver installation process press Finish. 17) Qualcomm USB Modem line will appear in device manager menu (Device Manager). Installation process of USB Driver-ի under command of Windows XP Operational System is completed.
2. Internet Access Using wireless CDMA Terminal fixed telephone you can use fast internet communication. To connect to the network follow the below stated manual. 1) Use USB wire to connect CDMA Terminal to the computer. 2) Press Start Settings Control Panel, find Network and Dial-up connection there, press it by double left click finding Network and Dial-up connection press it by double left click, when New connections' master appears, press Next>. 3) Select Dial-up to the internet, press Next> 4) Select ( I want to set up my Internet connection manually, or I want to connect through a local area network (LAN) ) and press Next>.
5) Select ( I connect through a phone line and a modem ) and press Next>. 6) Select Qualcomm USB Modem line and press Next>. 7) Insert Telephone number : #777 No need to select Use area code and dialing rules, press Next>.
8) Insert User name : beeline Password : beeline press Next>. 9) Insert (name for the dial-up connection), it can be any convenient to you word. Press Next>. 10) If you want to install electronic mail (internet mail account) select Yes, press Next> and follow the manual of Master installation. If you do not want to install electronic mail select No and press Next>.
11) To complete installation of Master work press Finish. 12) Marking My Computer press right click of the mouse. Select Properties in the opened menu. 13) Select Hardware ->Device Manager. 14) Find Modems in Device Manager and mark Qualcomm USB Modem.
15) By left double click of the mouse press Qualcomm USB Modem and mark speed of 115200 bytes/s. 16) By left double click of the mouse select the file created on your behalf. 18) To connect to the network press Dial. 19) After connection you can use Internet.
