Backup Existing ipclink Database Before reinstalling, you need to backup the existing ipclink database At Menu bar, go to User Admin >Database Admin 3

Uninstall Existing ipclink Application Go to Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features Select ipclink and click <Uninstall> 7

Download ipclink Application via mytax Portal Go to IRAS website <https://mytax.iras.gov.sg/> Select <My Organisation s/ Business Tax Matters> Click <SingPass> 10
Download ipclink Application via mytax Portal Enter SingPass ID and Password Click <Login> Note: From Jul 2015, SingPass has been enhanced with improved user interface, mobile-friendly features and stronger security capabilities. SingPass users will need to perform a one-time 11 account update.

Click <Submit> after you have completed step 3. Click <Ok> to redirect back to mytax Portal.
