The National Solar Safety Check (Service) involves an onsite visit and report by an Accredited Master Electricians Association ACN 163 222 642 member (MEA), who is Clean Energy Council Accredited (CEC) and considered to be appropriately licensed. Details of the MEA member will be supplied via email or telephone, once a service request has been booked and paid for. The Purpose of the visit is to assess the Solar Systems Safety, record its items, identify items that may have require replacement and make recommendations depending on the experts (MEA) findings at the inspection. Should Solar-Safe or Master Electricians Australia not be able to arrange a suitable person to accept the request for the visit with 3 working days, Solar-Safe will advise you and offer a full refund. DELIVERY We will take up to 3 working Days from time of successful payment, to arrange the service booking. The date of delivery of the inspection is to occur within 1 week from the time the MEA Member has accepted the inspection (no more than the 3 working days and the 1 week time frame allocated). You may mutually extend that time with the MEA Member directly or we can assist with coordinating you preferred inspection time. Should a suitable time not be found within your expectations, and the MEA member hasn t been dispatched, contact 1300 790 790 to terminate the inspection. The offer price of $198inc GST is for locations within 50km of Australian Postcodes 2000, 2600, 3000, 4000, 5000, 6000. Suitably qualified Master Electricians are all over Australia. Where possible, no travel fees will be applied if you are located within the normal service range of the MEA member who accepts the service inspection. Travel fees may be charged if your location is outside of the member s normal area or for the sake of clarity, more than 30Km from the MEA members registered location. The offer price is for single story roof only and of an OH&S safe height and pitch. Relevant Australian Laws apply to the sites safety and access, should it not be safe to work or inspect on your site, and you will be required to make it safe for the inspection to be carried out. Returns (Australian Customers Only) Change of Mind At Solar-Safe we are very concerned that you are happy with your order when it is completed. However, once a qualified MEA electrician has been dispatched to your site, refunds are not permitted. Should we not be able to book your service within the 3 working day processing period, Solar Safe will refund in full the monies paid. In all cases please contact us at any stage on 1300 790 790. Damaged Goods We currently do not supply physical goods, just a technician labour service by means of an inspection.
