Engine Group Maintenance Plan (GMP) (2015) Propulsion International provides low cost turbine engine maintenance plans and financing for business aircraft operators and fleet operators. Group Maintenance Plan (GMP) lowers the cost of maintenance as compared to the time and material (T&M) invoice process, while protecting operators from the risks of high-cost unforeseen events. Backed by Honeywell Aerospace, an engine enrolled in GMP results in a serialized maintenance reserve account within Honeywell. WILLIAMS INTERNATIONAL TOTAL ASSURANCE PLUS (TAP) (2012) Overview: This program remains the most comprehensive and cost efficient program in the industry. The objective is to provide full coverage (scheduled and un scheduled parts and labor) with no exclusions except for foreign object damage, corrosion, fire, or any other external detrimental factors as specified in the TAP agreement. The un scheduled maintenance coverage for parts and labor is parallel to having full engine warranty for as long as enrolled. Basically, parts and labor for all scheduled and un scheduled maintenance is covered, excluding the above stated exceptions. The operator normally should not encounter any engine maintenance related bills. The Elite program covers the following: All routine maintenance, parts and labor HIS, parts and labor CSI, parts and labor Life Limited Components (excluding the above stated exceptions, i.e. FOD) Troubleshooting (no maximum hour limit, with prior approval) Shipping of parts and engines (including loaner engines when applicable) Wear out items such as igniter plugs and start nozzles are 100% covered 100% coverage for parts and labor on all recommended and Mandatory Service Bulletins Engine removal and re installation 100% covered (including loaner engines when applicable) Oil at the oil change Consumables such as bearing seals and gaskets are covered Loaner engines at the TAP Elite rate (no event or daily fee) Aircraft Valuation: Since the majority of aircraft are enrolled in TAP; the Aircraft Bluebook values assume enrollment. A deduction rate for non TAP aircraft is provided in the following table. The deduction rate is a close approximation of the normal cost to enroll at the hourly intervals shown. Table Notes: Note 1. All value numbers represent the total for two engines and are close approximations to normal buy in amounts that would be required to enroll an aircraft not currently subscribing to TAP.
