Employee turnover - more than an inconvenience Employee turnover is costly the organization faces not only the direct expense of finding and absorbing new employees (advertising the job, interviewing candidates, training new hires, and so on), but also indirect costs such as a decline in product or service quality as a result of employee turnover.
