Case Study Case Study BMW & MINI Pavilions, Festival of Speed Event structures tailored for your event Clients often ask for tailored solutions to meet a specific brief, offering bespoke solutions allow our clients more creative freedom. For Iris Worldwide we installed a tailored two storey event structure Palas 20,5/800 x 25m and Kubo 10m x 15m x 4m built for the BMW and MINI Pavilions. Clients requirements Palas like all temporary event structures has a leg in the centre of each gable end. Our client wanted to make a feature out of the gable end with a set back balcony, they requested to have the space free of any supporting legs/columns that may obscure the view. How we achieved their goals With the technical assistance of our in house structural engineers we designed a bespoke portal beam to replace the gable leg. This meant we were able to create the open gable required. The installations included Shop fit style interiors Exterior graphic branded façades Exterior stairs, landings, handrails and ramps External multi level display areas A/C and Lighting As it was our first year producing stands for two automotive clients at Goodwood Festival of Speed, choosing Losberger to supply our structure was the right decision. Safety 1 st Rest assured we guarantee your temporary structure is built in accordance with the highest safety standards, including the latest changes to the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) that now applies to the events industry. BSEN13782 is an EU standard which specifies safety requirements needing to be observed considering the calculations, design, correct installation, manufacture, operation, examination and testing of mobile temporary installed tents and marquees with a covered area of more than 50m². Losberger tented temporary structures are accompanied by a site specific conformity report prepared by an independent structural engineer certifying the compliance with the guidelines set out In BS EN 13782:2005. Using the best materials, all our covers are made from premium opaque or translucent Ferrari & Verseidag UV resistant PVC coated polyester fabric. Flame retardant and certified as conforming to test 2 of BS5438 or annex A of BS7837. Losberger structures are manufactured to withstand a simultaneous effect of a *100km/h (60mph) wind speed/10kgs snow loading according to DIN EN 13782. *Higher wind/snow loads available if required. Case Study Range Rover Sport Launch Something unique Having something completely unique is very important to our clients. We installed a newly designed exclusive structure Atrium for the Range Rover Sport Launch. Clients requirement To supply an innovative event structure solution that was completely different to anything else currently on the market. Provide a multi-functional event space suitable for different applications; the aesthetics of both the internal and external space were a key priority for the client. How we achieved their goals Losberger designed & manufactured a new structure specifically for this event; a 20m maxiflex on 4m legs, specially adapted to create a 20m wide by 11m deep recessed, double height glazed atrium creating a light and spacious dining area at the heart of the event structure, 6.8m high. The remaining space was sectioned using a bespoke internal partitioning system, creating individual training facilities, office space and product demonstration area, complete with black out interior for presentations. The exterior of the event tent featured black roof covers & matt black window panels. A reinforced decked area with contemporary glass handrails created a central display area on which the new models could be showcased. This project required something innovative, contemporary and luxurious Losberger met all three. They achieved the aesthetics and ambiance we were looking for both internally and externally, creating a finished product that received nothing but high acclaim. Case Study London Fashion Week Trusted partner Losberger are proud to be the preferred supplier at Somerset House for the last 16 years. Well known for our outstanding on-site professionalism we are trusted to work within the challenging environment and limitations a Grade I listed building brings. Installing amongst other events, the iconic Skate ice rink and London Fashion Week. Clients requirements To provide event structures for the British Fashion Council s official catwalk show space, offices, restaurant and presentation areas. Design & install contemporary interiors with a new U shaped catwalk spanning across the full width of the event space to accommodate up to 900 guests. Provide space solution for a Canon photography & press centre. How we achieved their goals Losberger designed and manufactured a bespoke white ceiling lining system for the show space, along with a number of custom made features, including vertical climate control columns that distributed cool/warm air throughout the show space. The open catwalk design was a first and provided guests with a chance to view the models from multiple angles. We designed a raised standalone Canon photographer s centre for the world s media with panoramic glass in the interview room overlooking the courtyard. Losberger have worked alongside us on London Fashion Week for 7 years and they continue to exceed our expectations season after season.
