3 Interactive mirrors iface We instinctively glance at mirrors when we pass by them. What if the mirror responded to the glance? iface looks like an ordinary mirror, but really is a combination of a mirror and a digital display. When the display is switched on, this magic mirror turns into an engaging interactive experience, and an effective communications platform. iface can display offers and new product information, or even show inspirational clips from catwalk shows and editorial campaigns. In fitting rooms, the mirror can engage with customers by complementing them or suggesting accessories or alternatives to an outfit. The mirror can display any digital content. The content can be shown non-stop in a loop, scheduled to display at a preset time or sequence, or started with motion detection. An audio system can be integrated in the mirror to strengthen the impact and increase engagement. The mirror can be installed in fitting rooms, display windows and other areas of retail space flexibly. The mirrors are available in many sizes, with or without frames. 3
4 Interactive lookbook panels Today s consumers are used to searching and browsing information on touch screens. Our interactive lookbook panel takes advantage of technology that is familiar to shoppers and offers a new way to virtually present product range and information. It also integrates the web store seamlessly into the physical retail space. All retail spaces struggle to have full product ranges available in-store, but with our interactive lookbook solution limited shelf space is not a problem. Missing sizes and styles can easily be located and ordered from the online catalogue via an engaging interactive user interface, increasing chances of converting shoppers into satisfied purchasers. Content in the lookbook panel can include any media such as videos, still photographs, product information, QR codes and web links. User interface and content design is tailored so that the interactive experience strengthens the brand identity. The solution is based on multi-touch technology, meaning that several customers can use the panel simultaneously. Several sizes and stylish stand options are available. The panel can be installed horizontally (to look like a desk), diagonally or attached to a wall (vertical mount). 4
5 Interactive communications surfaces You can now harness free wall, table and floor surfaces instore to engage customers with informative and experiential marketing communications. Thanks to sophisticated projection technologies and interactivity applications, we can build new advertising and communications surfaces inside retail spaces and in shopping windows. In addition to employing existing walls, tables and floors as projection surfaces, separate projection screens can be used, for example by hanging them in store windows. Customers can interact with content through touch screen, gesture control or by using their smart phones as remote controls. Mobile control can be triggered via web link, QR code or NFC tag. Content projection can include still photographs, video, text and audio. Physical products such as accessories can also be integrated in the projection environment, creating a multi-dimensional mixed reality customer experience. 5
6 Interactive windows A passive store window can be transformed into an active shopping area with smart interactive solutions. Almost every consumer now has a smartphone or other digital device in their pocket. By connecting these devices with digital content in a shop window we can produce highly targeted experiences, inviting customers inside the retail space or from store window to online shop. Both mobile phones and customised touch screens can be used for creating interactivity and engagement. We offer both packaged and custom-built solutions. The iwindow solution transforms a store window into a touch screen, inviting shoppers to take a closer look. With no fixed external components, the installation is safely contained inside your premises. In the customised option, we build interactivity and other features into the shopping window according to the client needs, based on our smart storefront concept. The customer can control the window by touch and/or via their smart device. We can also integrate ibeacon technology that senses nearby smart devices enabling shoppers to receive promotional and other messages based on their location. Interactive shopping window is open 24/7. 6
7 Interactive video walls Our interactive LED video wall is a guaranteed eye-catcher at new collection launches, store openings, road shows and other events. The wall is a genuine interactive hotspot, attracting people whether at shop floor, department store or mall. The video walls facilitate a range of uses in retail environments, from generating brand awareness to presenting new products. Content on the wall can be easily remote controlled by customers on their smart phones using QR codes, as no application download is required. Moving images are particularly engaging on large video walls, but a multimedia approach using still images, text and video clips can work equally well. The user interface can be modified according to client needs. Features, such as discount codes, electronic coupons or web links for sharing content in social media can be integrated in the solution. Scope of interaction can be designed flexibly to fit client requirements on a project-by-project basis, from simple brand engagement to more complex solutions that e.g. integrate web store. LED displays have excellent image quality and an elegant, light construction. Audio playback can be integrated and customised to fit the requirements of the retail space. 7
8 Other innovative solutions for experiential fashion marketing Augmented reality Augmented reality (AR) brings a completely new dimension to fashion marketing through adding layers of informative or entertaining digital content video, still images and audio on top of physical products. By pointing a smart phone camera on e.g. a purse on display in your store, a shopper can trigger a video that tells the story of the purse or enjoy other virtual content. 3D video mapping 3D video or projection mapping refers to the projecting of video content on top of any multi-dimensional surface, creating a visually arresting illusion. Video mapping is an awe-inspiring technique which truly can make collection and store launches stand apart from the rest. The projection surface can be anything from your store interiors to white garments on a fashion model, which are made alive by projection of moving images. 8
