7 Here at Trade Windows, we are committed to installing energy efficient windows and are approved by the BRFC - The British Fenestration Ratings Council. BRFC is the UK s national system for rating the energy efficiency of windows and is recognised within the Building Regulations. PVCU - A good choice for the environment as well as your home. Replacing old style double glazing or even old double glazing can help you save money on your heating bills and will also reduce the carbon footprint of your home. Secured by Design is the UK Police flagship initiative owned by the Association of Chief Police Officers (ACPO), which supports the principles of designing out crime by use of effective crime prevention and security standards for a range of applications. In order to receive the coveted certificate, our range of windows was put through rigorous testing at an accredited United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) test house.
