The organisation did not demonstrate compliance with the National Code Standard 2. The non-compliance may have a negative impact on: Australia s international reputation as a provider of high quality training and assessment the protection of the interests of overseas students compliance with student visa conditions. Non compliances: National Code Standard 2 The organisation did not include accurate information on its website and timetables regarding the course duration, modes of study and assessment methods. The organisation s website and timetables refer to 1 delivery day and 1 assistance day. The 0.5 day required to work online or in the classroom on home projects is not advised to students prior to enrolment. The students are not advised that the assistance day is an assessment day. Prior to the audit report being issued to the organisation, the organisation provided evidence which addressed the noncompliance above. Prior to the audit report being submitted to the organisation, the organisation provided updated website pages for each qualification which clearly advises students of the course structure class of delivery days and 0.5 assessment days.
