Opening BBL Systems Timeclock for WinBPS / WinTPOS Screenshots & Report Examples
Clock In/Out This brief slideshow presentation demonstrates the functions of the BBL Systems Timeclock program, an add-on module for our WinPOS application. Installing the BBL Timeclock adds a new icon to the Main Menu of the WinPOS program to the left of the Quit button (indicated by the arrow above). This allows the shop s employees to quickly and easily clock in for work or clock out of work.
When the employee clicks on the Clock IN/OUT button, the system prompts the employee to enter their user ID and password (the SAME user ID and password the employee uses throughout the WinPOS program). The system then displays one of the windows above, indicating a successful clock in or out. The time is displayed in 24-hour (military) time format. Clocked In/Out Confirmation
This is the Timeclock Maintenance screen, located in the WinPOS Housekeeping Menu. Here the shop s timeclock administrator (usually a manager) can print time cards, print gross pay reports and perform time clock maintenance. The Clock In/Out button above performs the same function as the one on the WinPOS Main Menu. Let s explore what each button above does. Timeclock Maintenance
The Clock All Out button is used to quickly clock out any and all employees that are currently clocked in. For example, the shop s timeclock administrator could perform this function at the end of each day to clock out any employees that forgot to clock out themselves that day. Clock All Out
The Show Clocked Out button is used to review when employees clocked out on a specific day. If the Show for date field is left blank, the system will display every day that every employee clocked in and out on, along with their clock in/out time, since the time log was last purged. Show All Clocked Out
The Show Clocked In button is used to review all the employees that have clocked in but that have NOT clocked out for a specific day. If the Show for date field is left blank, the system will display every day that any employee clocked in (but NOT out) since the time log was last purged. Show All Clocked In
Edit Time Card The Edit Time Card function is used to manually edit an employee s time card. The shop s timeclock administrator may use this function to manually change the date, time clocked in or time clocked out. As a security measure, the system automatically puts a checkmark in the Edit? column whenever a record is edited. Once the checkmark appears, it cannot be removed, even by management!
This is an example of a printed time card. Time cards can be printed for any date span you require. You may choose to print time cards for all of your employees at once, for one specific employee or for those employees within a specific department. Time Card Printout
Pay Report Printout This is an example of a printed pay report. This report calculates and shows gross pay for your employees, using the regular time and overtime pay rates that were entered in the Sales Associate setup in WinPOS. Pay reports can be printed for any date span you require. You may choose to print pay reports for all of your employees at once, for one specific employee or for those employees within a specific department.
This is an example of a department hour totals report. Using the department numbers that each employee has optionally been assigned to in the Sales Associate section of WinPOS, this report shows the total hours worked by department for the date range specified. It can be printed for all departments as above, or for a specific department. Department Totals Report Printout
