In simple terms it is entrusting certain processes and functions to be delivered by an external resource rather than being managed by an internal resource Why do people outsource? Introduction What can be outsourced? Full end-to-end processes or elements of a process. Generally whatever a client deems is appropriate for their business. In respect to Recruitment Agencies, this can be the full Pay, Bill and Credit Control process, Management Accounts and IT. However it need not be all of these elements or even all of the processes within these elements. Clients can retain an in-house Payroll function but outsource timesheet data input or invoice production or the credit control resource simply put, an outsource solution can be modular allowing the client the flexibility to retain some parts of the process. Safe Outsourcing has the capacity and systems to be able to manage all or some of the aspects of middle and back office for recruitment companies, allowing Clients to retain some in-house resource or fully outsource.
