Director, International Wireless Soltions Company GCC Case stdy 1 Or Cstomer - a highly prominent Wireless Operator in the Glf - had difficlties filling 30 open positions within their Technical Department. The roles in qestion ranged from RF Engineers to Core Network Planning Specialists. An rgent soltion was needed as the positions needed to be filled within a 6 week time frame. GCC Case stdy 2 Or Cstomer, a major player in the Lxry and Consmer goods sector decided to develop its local presence from a new base in Dbai. Tangent were selected as the exclsive spplier for Senior Management and Technical Resorce for this initiative (having worked with the cstomer sccessflly before). Over an 18 month period Tangent has managed to sccessflly recrit all of the key roles and remains the exclsive spplier for onward recritment across not only the GCC, bt for the rest of Middle East, and Africa.
