Left to right: Bob, Amy, Chase, Tim Your financial goals are yours and yours alone. Pursuing those goals requires personalized attention and individualized strategies tailored to your unique situation. The Metcalf Wealth Management Group places your needs first as we work with you to design retirement, wealth management, asset protection, and estate planning strategies with a long-term focus. Stifel is a firm built on the simple notion of safeguarding the money of others as if it were our own, and that s the exact approach we take with our clients. We will take the time to listen to you, gain a full understanding of your specific objectives, and recommend only the products and services we believe are suited to your needs. We believe in the importance of developing client relationships that stand the test of time, and we make every effort to educate our clients and build trust by providing dedicated service. Our clients want more, expect more, and deserve more expertise than the norm. With more than 80 years of combined investment industry experience, we possess the knowledge and the know-how to help them pursue their most important financial goals.

Advisory Process Wealth Management Process Stifel s wealth management process consists of six steps that help get an overview of your current situation, choices available, and what must be done to pursue goals. The process involves gathering relevant financial information, determining your organization s goals, examining current financial status, and formulating a strategy or plan for how to work toward goals given the current situation and future plans. Adopt Plan & Create Action Plans Monitor the Plan Taking Control Present the Plan Assess Your Financial Situation Take inventory of assets, including retirement plans Evaluate your income stream Define Your Goals Buying a house Investing for college education Saving for retirement Calculate Funds Needed Inflation Risk tolerance Establish & Define Relationship Gather Client Information & Data Data Analysis & Plan Development Create a Portfolio to Address Your Investment Goals Allocate funds among appropriate investment categories Monitor Portfolio Respond to changes in objectives Fundamental changes in portfolio (values) The future belongs to those who plan for it. Stifel encourages investors to take control of their financial future. We have developed several services that are designed to help investors with many of the time-consuming details involved in investment planning and supervision. Like a road map, an investment plan directs to a destination. The map, like the plan, isn t useful until the destination has been decided or in the case of investing, the long-term goals defined. Setting specific goals is the most important step taken when developing your plan. A discussion of financial objectives and goals will provide an understanding of what hopes to be achieved. Any information discussed with Stifel Financial Advisors is kept confidential. After the long-term goals have been defined, all that remains to be done is deciding the right mix of investments. The entire asset base must be considered. If part of a portfolio is not taken into account, a false picture will be presented. One can predict how much money can be accumulated over a lifetime from employment or other sources. That amount will remain constant as long as the variables do not change, such as employment. How successfully you invest your money will determine the degree of financial security you will enjoy in the future. Few things are more vital to your security than knowledgeable investment planning. You can take control of your financial future by: 1. Developing a sound investment plan offering the greatest opportunity for achieving your goals; 2. Executing that plan; 3. Periodically reviewing that plan and making adjustments for changing financial objectives. Investment planning and supervision can be timeconsuming, but knowing a long-term investment plan is in place may bring the investor comfort and greater confidence. Because this process takes time, Stifel has designed various services to help investors with many of the details involved in investment planning and supervision.

Timothy C. Metcalf Managing Director Orange County Senior Vice President/Investments Over the course of my 30-plus years as a financial advisor, I ve developed a clear investment philosophy built on sound financial principles and a disciplined longterm outlook. In my experience, investors who adhere to these strategies typically fare better than those whose decisions are dictated by market volatility and shifting economic cycles. With that as my driving philosophy and with the help of Stifel s extensive resources, I will help you take the emotion out of investing and tailor your investment plan to your unique goals and tolerance for risk. Whether you are planning for a comfortable retirement or looking for a comprehensive diversification strategy that maximizes the potential for growth while adjusting for the appropriate level of risk as your needs change over time, I will take a comprehensive approach to your wealth management plans. I hold a degree in finance from Oregon State University and reside in San Clemente, California, with my wife, Krissi, and our two wonderful sons, Riley and Chase. Away from the office, I am a Grant Committee Member of the McBeth Foundation/Manage Investments, a Past Board Member of the Oregon State University Alumni Association/ Investment Committee, a Member of the Surfrider Foundation s Investment/ Endowment Working Group, Board Member of the South Orange County Boys and Girls Club, and a Board of Governor of the Newport Beach Country Club. I enjoy playing golf and am a member at the O Donnell Golf Club in Palm Springs. Along with 18 years of experience serving as Branch Manager and 24 years at Wells Fargo Advisors, I look forward to extending my service to you and your family. Together we can discuss financial strategies designed to fit your unique situation.

Robert Pinto Associate Vice President/Investments With more than 29 years of experience as a financial advisor, I am dedicated to working with clients by building long-term relationships. I begin with a well laid out wealth management plan tailored to your current financial goals and the legacy you may want to pass on to your heirs. My mission is to maintain capital preservation by using the tools available to me through Stifel to help you minimize risk and strive to achieve returns in line or better with comparable market benchmarks. I believe that wealth is built over time with discipline and a long-term focus. I began my financial services career with Merrill Lynch, where I worked for ten years before moving to A.G. Edwards & Sons/ Wells Fargo Advisors, where I spent nearly 20 years before coming to Stifel. I earned my Bachelor of Science degree from Bowling Green State University in Ohio.

Amy Leite Holmes Client Service Associate Associate Vice President Before joining Stifel, I spent 17 years working as an Assistant Operations Manager and Senior Client Associate for A.G. Outside the office, I am active in the community and participate annually in Walk MS, through the National MS Society. In addition, I serve as a Grant Committee Member of the McBeth Foundation. I live with my husband, Evan, in Dana Point. Our daughter, Juliette, lives in San Francisco and attends San Francisco State University.

Chase B. Metcalf Client Service Associate I have worked in the investment industry for more than two years and truly enjoy serving our clients.
