She worked as a paralegal at a London firm before commencing her training contract here at Whitehead Monckton. She qualified in 1998 and became a Partner in 2004. She then became an Associate Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in April 2014. Stephen Beck Managing Director Stephen graduated with a law degree in 1991 and studied for the Solicitors Finals at the College of Law, Guildford. He joined Whitehead Monckton in 1992 as a lowly Trainee Solicitor, gaining valuable experience in a wide range of legal disciplines and qualified as a solicitor in 1994. He became a partner in 1999. Stephen became Managing Partner of the firm in October 2011 where he manages the strategic and operational side of the practice working with the Partnership Board and the Central Services Managers, sometimes successfully! He then became Managing Director when the firm incorporated to a Limited Company in April 2014. He joined the firm in 1984, opening the Tenterden office the same year where he has continued to base his practice. He lives close by and is involved in all aspects of local life in this part of Kent. Garry Warman Associate Director (Legal Executive) Garry chose to combine both an academic and vocational approach towards his career and whilst working for a local firm of solicitors gained practical experience across a broad range of issues within his chosen field. He qualified as a Member of the Institute of Legal Executives in 1997 and joined Whitehead Monckton the same year. He became a Fellow of the Institute in 1999 and proudly became the first Legal Executive Partner of the firm on 1st April 2011. Nima Stepney Senior Solicitor Nima completed a LLB Hons Degree Law at the University of London, Queen Mary followed by the Legal Practice Course at BPP, London. She then trained at Thomson Snell & Passmore and qualified in 2010. She worked at large regional firms in Kent and Sussex before joining the firm in 2015 as a senior solicitor. She completed the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners diploma to become a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) in 2014.
