Pryse, CHPA, CPP - President and Chief of Company Police ODS Healthcare Security Solutions IAHSS President Presents: Active Shooter: Healthcare Response Best Practice Review Lisa Pryse currently serves as the President and Chief of Company Police with ODS Healthcare Security Solutions in Raleigh, NC and Richmond, Virginia. She also currently holds the office of President of the International Association of Healthcare Security and Safety (IAHSS) and serves on the ASIS International Healthcare Council. Prior to her position with ODS, Lisa was the system Chief of Police and Public Safety for Eastern Virginia Medical School in Norfolk, VA. Before moving to the Virginia area, Lisa served as the Campus Police and Public Safety Chief for WakeMed Health and Hospitals in Raleigh, NC for more than 18 years. She also served as the Director of Protective Services at Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC for 5 years. She began her law enforcement career with the City of Raleigh Police Department. Her professional experience includes administrative responsibility for: University and Hospital Campus Police and Environment of Care Safety Programs, Emergency Communications Centers, Local and Regional Disaster and Incident Command Planning, Transportation Services, Food and Nutrition Services, and Data Processing. Lisa obtained her undergraduate degree from Western Carolina University and graduate coursework from Pfeiffer University. She is a Certified Protection Professional (CPP) and a Certified Healthcare Protection Administrator (CHPA). 4
SPEAKER BIOGRAPHIES Get to know our speakers... Ed Yeomans Director Protective Services South Zone, Alberta Health Services Presents: Alberta Flood 2013: Protective Services In Deep! After more than 25 years of service, Ed retired from the Calgary Police Service and began his journey into healthcare security. In September 2006, Ed was hired for the position of Site Coordinator at the Foothills Medical Centre. By mid-october, Ed was spearheading the transition from contracted security officers to a complete in-house officer model. In addition, as Chief of the Calgary Health Region s Protection Services department, he was tasked with researching, developing and implementing a security model for nine rural acute care hospitals. In 2008, the Alberta Government amalgamated nine health regions and three independent medical agencies into what is now known as Alberta Health Services. Since that time, Ed has served as Director of Provincial Operations and now, is in his current role as Director South Zone, Protective & Parking Services. Anjanette Hebert, CHPA, CHEP - Director Security, Safety and Emergency Preparedness Lafayette Regional Medical Center Presents: The Impact of Wide Scale Hurricane Evacuations on Healthcare Facilities: Lessons Learned in Louisiana Anjanette Hebert started her career in healthcare 25 years ago at Lafayette General Medical Center as a Security Officer where she now holds the position of Director of Security, Safety and Emergency Preparedness. For the past 10 years she has also served as the Hospital Designated Regional Coordinator for Region 4 of Louisiana in which she leads the effort to coordinate emergency planning and response for 42 healthcare facilities. In this role Anjanette has been an integral part of emergency management planning both regionally and statewide and has been part of the Command structure for the Regional Medical Emergency Operations Center for 8 disasters. She has served on a variety of state and national task forces and commissions over the years. Anjanette serves on the Board of the Louisiana Emergency Response Network Regional Commission and is a member of the Louisiana Emergency Preparedness Association, NFPA and has been actively involved in IAHSS for the past 20 years and currently serves on the Education Council. 5

Gibbs, CPP - Managing Director Guidepost Solutions Technology Design Consulting Presents: Holistic Security Master Planning David Gibbs has served the security industry domestically and internationally for more than 40 years. Mr. Gibbs is the Managing Director for Guidepost Solutions, a company that specializes in risk management consulting for domestic and international companies and organizations. He currently serves ASIS International as Chairman of the Council on Leadership & Management Practices which has just released a major work for ASIS members titled Mentoring Security Leaders. He also serves IAHSS (International Healthcare Security & Safety Association) as the Western Region Chairman. He spent two terms on the ASIS Foundation Board Trustee as Vice President and has also served on the ASIS Headquarters Strategic Planning Council, the Ethics & Standards, Crime/Loss Prevention, and Healthcare Councils. He resides on the Curriculum Advisory Board for the University of Phoenix. Previously, he was a member of the U. S. Olympics Advisory Committee. Additional accolades include ASIS International Presidential Award of Merit; the American Business Women Boss of the Year Award; ASIS Regional Vice President of the Year; and recently, the Council Chairman of the Year Award. Matt, who began his security career in 1991, oversees sales, marketing and corporate activities and initiatives for AMAG worldwide. Matt is committed to providing Exceptional Customer Service in everything he and his team executes. Matt leads security-focused testing at the Anixter Infrastructure Solutions Lab helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. He is also a member of the Technical Service Committee (TSC) for the Open Network Video Interface Forum (ONVIF). Matt has presented at a variety of industry events. Matt holds a Bachelor s Degree in Marketing and Business Management from University of St. Francis (IL). Mark Domnauer, CPP, Corporate Security Director Adobe Systems Presents: Automated Security Processes and Using Data to Drive Performance; Internally and Externally Mark Domnauer has over 25 years experience in the corporate security industry and emergency services profession. Since joining Adobe Systems in 2000, Mark has built a successful global security program from the ground up. Mark s leadership has led the Global Security Department at Adobe to become known in the industry for its high quality programs and innovative automation. Prior to Adobe, Mark spent ten years running field operations and managing the branch office for a large contract security firm in Silicon Valley where his clients included Adobe, IBM, Hitachi, ebay, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard and other high tech firms. Mark also worked as a Public Safety Officer (Police Officer/Firefighter for the City of Sunnyvale, CA) and in the Emergency Medical Services field (Santa Clara County EMS) prior to entering the private sector. Mark is a Certified Protection Professional and has a degree in Fire Science as well as an Executive Certificate in Security Leadership from Northeastern University. He also represented the software industry on California s High Tech Crime Advisory Committee that oversees the State s High Tech law enforcement task forces from 2007-2012. 7

Michael Levin, Showcase Director/Senior Investigator, Global Security Microsoft Global Security Presents: Microsoft Live Demo: The Totally Integrated Global Security Operations Center Michael Levin, Showcase Director/Senior Investigator, Global Security, oversees the Microsoft Global Security Showcase Program for North and South America. The Global Security Showcase team provides live demonstrations showing how Microsoft has integrated an array of application and server products to provide millions in cost savings, improved security, scalability and extensibility and business continuity that provides a consistent and reliable security solution throughout the organization. Michael also serves as a member of the Global Security investigations team. In 2007, Michael retired from the United States Secret Service after a distinguished thirty year career in law enforcement. While at the Secret Service, Michael was detailed to the Department of Homeland Security, National Cyber Security Division as the Deputy Director of the Law Enforcement and Intelligence Branch. Prior to his position at DHS, Michael served as the Branch Chief of the U.S. Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force program in Washington DC. Michael was a member of the Secret Service Electronic Crimes Special Agent program and worked in the area of computer forensics and cybercrime investigations for over fifteen years. Michael has a Bachelor of Science degree from San Jose State University. He has received extensive specialized training in the area of criminal investigations, computer forensics and cybercrime investigation. 8
