Accessing E-commerce To access the e-commerce feature, go to jacksonsystems.com and click on Contractor Login in the upper right hand corner. If you do not have a username and password, you can request one through this link or you can click on the Request ecomm Access icon in the center of the Home page. Logging In To login, simply enter your email address and the password that was provided in the welcome email. Landing Pages Page 1
Each product category breaks down into more specific product categories. For instance, Zoning breaks down into the component categories Panels, Stand Alone, Dampers, Diffusers, Accessories and By Brand. Each of these breaks down further into its component parts. Once on the landing page for the specific product components, pricing is visible for each of the products. Page 2
Once a product is selected, a final page opens with the products description, features, specifications, documentation and any additional videos or articles related to the product. Products can be added to the Shopping Cart by simply clicking the plus sign and choosing Add to Cart. From here, click to return to the Home Page, click another product category or use the breadcrumbs at the top of the page to return to a subcategory. Product Home Category Breadcrumbs Page Page 3
To check the items in the cart, click the shopping cart icon. When finished with the order, click the checkout button. Once at checkout, a detailed listing of the order will be visible. Changes can be made to quantities, additional products can be added by entering the product number and quantity or importing a CSV file with the order information. The CSV file option is useful when repeat orders will be placed on a regular basis. Page 4
After clicking the checkout button, the option to choose a shipping address based on the addresses provided upon account set-up will appear. Choose a shipping address. A screen will appear providing the option to change the shipping service. UPS Ground will be populated. There are options for local pickup, Next Day Air and 2 nd Day Air. Confirm the shipping service and click Continue. Page 5
The final screen allows a promo code, PO number and notes to be entered. When completed, clicking the Place Your Order icon finishes the order. The final screen provides an invoice number and opportunity to print a copy of the order. Page 6
When logged in, account information can be accessed by clicking My Account under the Customer Service menu option. Orders can be accessed by clicking the My Orders under the same menu. My Account In this section of the site, changes can be made to the account username, password and contact information. Page 7
Orders and quotes can also be viewed by clicking the Orders tab. Recent quotes can be converted to orders simply by clicking Copy Quote to Cart in the Action column of the Order History chart. Page 8
Shipping addresses can be edited and added under the Shipping Address tab. Clicking the blue My Account option on the left opens a screen allowing changes to the account username and password, removal of shipping addresses, listing of orders in progress and shipped orders. Page 9
Clicking on Orders in Progress or Shipped Orders will bring up a list of these orders. Clicking on the red box with the order number will open the order details. To logout, simply click Logout in the upper right hand corner. Clicking the Jackson Systems logo at any time will return to the Home Page. Page 10
