Activating an account What's in the mail you received The username (or login name) is always composed of the following data: Your DITEC Customer ID + _ + caps letters for First Name and Family Name of account Password: this is randomly generated by the system We will see later how you can modify to your liking Access link to activate your account. Please note that for security reasons, the link works only on PCs on which the mail was sent 1 Click on the link

Activating an account 3 Copy and paste your username and password received in the mail in the appropriate fields and then click on LOGIN 4 To select the correct username and password, be careful not to copy the spaces: NO YES Please note that: - When you access the e-commerce for the first time, do not type in a username and password but copy and paste from the email received - After 3 wrong attempts your account data entry locks! After activating the account, you can access e-commerce from Partner Area on the Home Page of our website www.ditec.it

Home Content Toolbar 1 2 3 4 1 START: it is the home page. After a certain period of time you are in the e-commerce site without navigating, the account becomes inactive. "Start" brings you back to the start page at any time in order to sign in again 2 PRODUCTS: it s a catalog of products available at any time. Useful in pre-sales as it contains all products information 3 ACCOUNT: it is the operative section of the site, within which you can work for: - Work on carts - Create models - Work on your personal account - Place orders - See invoices - View and perform maintenance on users 4 CONTACT: it allows you to send DITEC requests for technical and commercial information

Account management and password change Menu "ACCOUNT - My Account" 2 Choose a password at will and retype to confirm 3 Choose from the dropdown menu the "Secret Question" and type your secret answer 4 Customize and / or complete your personal data 1 go to "Account" from the dropdown menu and choose MY ACCOUNT" 5 Choose the language 6 Set "multiple carts." Specific information of a product SPECIFICATIONS Contains product technical specifications SPECIFIC ACCESSORIES List of accessories that can be matched to the selected product DOWNLOAD From this section you can download product documents, ex. functionality, catalogs, documentation etc..

Carts You can access the carts from: Menu ACCOUNT - CARTS 1 Clicking on the cart icon we find in the lower left 2 Name of the cart and its contents (in this case, the cart is empty) By clicking on the triangle appear all carts you may have open. You can choose to: 3 - Working on one of the carts already open - Create a new one 4 5

Carts Please note that: The carts stay open until you complete the purchase process. Shopping Carts - work on multiple carts Part 1 Working on "multiple carts" means having the possibility to work at the same time on multiple carts. Carts - add notes 1 2 1 2 While ordering, you can enter notes - General notes - Some product specifications/details Clicking on balloon icon you will see a window like this in which you can add a comment. The balloon icon will turn black, and indicates that inside there is a comment

Creating Templates Part 1 Templates are useful if there are any items that are ordered on a repetitive basis. The models are not static but can be changed at will at any time. They can be a very useful basis from which place orders. Let's see how to create a new Template 2 1 1 2 Go to "ACCOUNT" and click TEMPLATES Click on NEW to create a new model To be continued on the next slide

Creating Templates Part 2 3 Name the Template, for example when you have scheduled order/fix period (for example monthly order, ) 4 Enter in Quick Search the codes and quantities of items to be included within the Template and click on SAVE

Use Templates With "Reminder frequency" you have the opportunity to be advised, for example monthly, that you have to place an order for this material To add Template articles in a cart: 1 2 1 2 select items choose the cart

Order confirmation - Purchasing Operations Once finished entering items in the cart, click on Checkout to start the purchasing operations

Change Shipping Details On Order details, click on Change if you want to change some settings Shipping Address Details Select the desired type of preparation/delivery Enter the delivery date Enter any special instructions for shipping Shipping with TNT Account No. 123456 Select the kind of transport Decide whether to receive the order only if full or partial

Confirmation E-mail Once order is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email summary. The e-mail, in addition to the summary order, contain and collect your purchase and a number of Web Reference generated automatically by the system

Order Status When our system acquires the order, the status changes from "Order submitted" to Confirmed and shows the number of order confirmation As the order is processed, the Status changes from Confirmed to "Partially Shipped" (partially processed) or "Shipped" Please note that clicking on the order number I ll see all the details of shipping / delivery / availability related to that order

Order Status Once the order is processed, the invoice is issued. Clicking on the invoice number will open the detail of its contents, including the total amount evaded or Partially processed The symbol always indicates the selected column to sort the data. Eg. in this case the data is sorted by date Due." With this mode, clicking on the column title, you have the ability to search, or consult the data based on the desired priority
