TripCase Document Delivery 15.09 Implementation: 10 nd Sep2015 SIN time Synopsis: In the first September TripCase product release there will be several big updates. 1) Frontline agents will have access to Document Archive in TripCase Connect. 2) The trip reminder sent to travelers who don t have a TripCase account will take on a new look. 3) Enhancements will be made to TripCase Corporate reporting. 4) Documents in TripCase Mobile will be moved from the Tripfeed message to a sidebar menu, and is called the Document Center 1) Document Archive: Agency users who did not have SUBMGR keyword and duty code 9 in their Employee Profile Records will now have access to the Document Archive functionality in TripCase Connect. Duty code 6 is all that is required now for an agent to log into TripCase Connect and access archived e- tickets and e-invoices. The documents are available for 13 months following the date of issuance. Agents can view the Document Archive by going to the Advanced tab and selecting Document Archive The default view of the Document Archive is documents issued from their PCC within the last 7 days. Agents can filter or view specific document by using the criteria fields shown on the page..
2) Unregistered Trip Reminder redesign The trip reminder email that is sent to unregistered travelers will be redesigned to provide specific trip information with the intent of increasing conversion. Previous version New version
3) Corporate reporting enhancements Corporate Travel Managers will have access to 18 additional data fields when exporting out of program data reports for corporations using TripCase Corporate. The reports are available in TripCase Connect. They will also be able to opt-in to receive scheduled out of program reports to their email address at the frequency of their choosing. To view the report the Corporate travel manager will go to Connect and view Reporting Out of Program Data, pick the date range and export when ready. The exported CSV file will have these fields in the report. They should select the Email button on their reporting page, and will be presented with this new subscription page to allow them to schedule out of program data reports to be sent to them. This page also allows them to easily manage the Subscription email reports. Emails frequency, recipients, as well as report date range can be customized within the tool. Reports will be delivered via excel on that scheduled date at 6am UTC.
4. Document Center Travelers will be able to access all documents from their agency from the Documents tab. The Tripfeed messages that previously contained these documents will be phased out from the display. And by October release will no longer be seen Document Center will be supported for all active and past trips that contain documents imported from Sabre GDS. For Past trips: 1. ETickets / EMDs and einvoices will be available for 13 months 2. Itinerary will be available as long as exists in PNR when it s gone when user clicks on Agency Itinerary on the list the printout will be opened with branding but with no itinerary. Web view:
Mobile view: Maintenance Updates: Wrong Year Displaying for February 29 th Arrival Date In some cases when the arrival date falls on February 29 th, the year displays incorrectly on the eticket. This issue is resolved and the year will display correctly for February 29 th arrivals. Traveler Name in the Subject Line The subject lines for TripCase emails were only showing the traveler s last name. Subject lines will now show the traveler s full name if a linked PNR is present. Print Itinerary error 500 Once clicking on Print Itinerary link from the documents accessed from emails or TripCase application user was redirected to error code 500. Solution: Redirection was fixed allowing users to access printable version of itinerary when needed. September Tripfeed Partners: Third party service providers that will be implemented in the Tripfeed between releases will be detailed in this section. Blacklane Blacklane offers a black car service to travelers. The Blacklane message will initially appear in the Tripfeed for the following 50 destinations in September. This implementation will then expand to an additional 130 cites.
