A supplier of spices, blends and recipe boxes to Britain s top restaurants and chefs including The Fat Duck, Rick Stein, Hibiscus, Ottolenghi, Moro, Atul Kochar, Sam Bains and thousands of home cooks. Emma has produced a cookbook Spice Trip to accompany the Channel 4 series. Emma travels to six countries to learn about the spice they produce. They learn about the history of each spice, how it is used therapeutically & how the locals cook with it. This workshop is based around the middle east and promises to tickle your senses.
