LAUNCH YOUR CAMPAIGN Once you ve registered your account, visit Campaign Launcher, choose a campaign and follow the prompts. Keep in mind the following tips to ensure your email sends are as successful as possible: Refined databases always perform better Every Grid campaign is targeted to a specific type of customer/ prospect set. The closer you align your target list to the intended target audience, the better your results. Focus on job titles, business sizes, your regional sales footprint, and always prioritize existing customers higher than prospects, due to the strength of existing relationships. Creating a targeted list If your list is not large enough, does not focus on the targets suggested for your desired campaign, or you just want to expand your prospect list, contact the Grid Marketing Specialist Team for information on how we can assist you in augmenting your contact list with Data.com. Target contacts through modified subject lines Subject lines make the first impression of your campaign with customers. The template subject lines we provide are fully tested to ensure a maximum number of emails land in the inbox, but you can modify them to speak more directly to to your customers needs. Just make sure to test them before blasting to your list by sending a few to test email addresses. Best times to send Keep in mind; the best times to send your emails for optimum open rates are usually Tuesdays through Thursdays between 10:00am to 11:30am and 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Consider your recipients time zones when scheduling. You might want to create contact batches, by time zone. About [Company Name] 2. UPDATE YOUR ABOUT PAGE TO LEVERAGE YOUR COMPANY S VALUE PROPOSITION Simply click on Accounts and then About, below Company Settings.
