BACK STORY It all started on the couch one afternoon in January 2014 when Founder Richie Shawl watched as an advert for a major bank appeared on TV that had failed to deliver their message. This was followed by several ads which had a total disconnect to the audience they were targetting. A bugging feeling had emerged and enough was enough, everywhere he looked marketing was just no longer connecting with customers. This began a campaign to improve marketing for the next generation. Fast forward months later, Campaign Bug which first started operating out of a garage office in Castle Hill grew to a team of bugs that now operate in an open plan office known as The Hive in North Sydney. Since then our bugs have worked tirelessly alongside clients big and small on various marketing projects to deliver a positive result and even healthier returns. Run with the idea! Richie Managing Director Richie founded Campaign Bug. He has over 8 years of marketing experience working alongside blue chip clients; Bankwest, Telstra, and Johnson & Johnson. He has worked within creative agencies such as Clemengers Group & GPY&R whilst advising various SMEs. His knowledge and experience when it comes to developing a customised solution exceeds the clients brief each and every time. He currently holds a Bachelor of Commerce & a Master of Commerce (Major in Marketing & Management). Richie is often a guest speaker, a member of Australian Marketing Institute (AMI) and an active Board Member for Help2Help. } } Vik Account Director Vikram is the agency s Account Director who monitors and ensures work is being delivered on time whilst also exceeding expectations. Having previously worked in a role that led him to oversee the deliverance of many international insurance programs for some of Australia s largest companies (Westfield, SAI Global, Macquarie Bank and more). His abilities include monitoring the effectiveness of a solution and benchmarking it towards the client s goals. Creating and meeting deadlines where there are several touch points involved to ensure timeliness and deliverance. Ensuring our philosophy of a positive customer service approach is provided to each Campaign Bug client.

SUPPLY & APPLY Campaign Bug was initially tasked to re-design the Supply & Apply website to provide engaging information relevant to two types of customers. Our strategy was to segment their customers so we designed a separate homepage which would separate their visitors and provide more customer centric information. The scope then grew to include their branding redesign and manage the entire tradeshow process.
