VIPTA Automatic Enrollment Information and Instructions VIPTA AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT INFORMATION: Hours of Operation for the VIPTA Automated Enrollment. The VIPTA Automated Enrollment will be available for customers to process requests between the hours of 7:00 a.m. 8:00p.m. EST. Access VIPTA Enrollment Page: To access the VIPTA enrollment page you will need access to the Access Ordering web page. If you already have an Access Ordering account, you will need to click on Login to Access Ordering. If you do not have an Access Ordering account, you will need to click on Apply for an Access Ordering Account. Your Access Ordering ID will authenticate you as an employee of your company and will allow you to view only your company s VIPTA account information. Login to Access Ordering to access the VIPTA Enrollment link: 1. Access the Access Ordering page located under Featured Applications the URL is: https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/access/systems/home.jsp 2. Enter your USER ID and password. 3. From the Verizon Partner Solutions Access Services page you will find a Quick Links section on the left side of the page and you will need to select the VIPTA Enrollment link. 4. The VIPTA Enrollment link will take you to the VIPTA enrollment page. From the main VIPTA enrollment page you will have the opportunity to Learn More About VIPTA before you begin the enrollment process: Learn More About VIPTA link: Clicking on Learn More About VIPTA will bring you to the VPS Wholesale Access Provisioning Page. On this page will you will be able to click on the following links: VIPTA Overview: This option allows you to download a presentation that documents/demonstrates how VIPTA enrollment will provide benefits to your company. VIPTA Frequently Asked Questions: This option will provide the most frequent questions and answers we receive on new VIPTA enrollments. We recommend new customer s enrolling in VIPTA to access this link to review. VIPTA Automatic Enrollment Information and Instructions: This option will give you step by step enrollment instructions and additional information about VIPTA.

VIPTA Contact System Administrator: This option will allow your company to populate and submit a form to the System Administrator. The System Administrator will contact the name provided on the submitted form within 24 hours to set up a conference call or answer any questions you may have before enrolling in VIPTA. Your company may want to contact the system administrator for the following reasons: If your company is interested in VIPTA and would like to discuss further before enrolling. If your company is currently enrolled in VIPTA and would like to contact system Administrator regarding your account. If your company is currently enrolled in VIPTA and interested in combining two or more VIPTA profiles due to a merger and would like to discuss If you need help enrolling in the Automatic Enrollment process and would like to discuss Other Reason AUTOMATIC ENROLLMENT INSTRUCTIONS The following is step by step instructions for new or existing customers to navigate through the VIPTA Automatic Enrollment process. New VIPTA Customer Setting up your VIPTA account 1. To access the Access Ordering page select the following link: https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/access/systems/home.jsp 2. Select Login to Access Ordering 3. Enter your User ID and password. 4. From the VPS Solutions Access Services page, select the VIPTA Enrollment link under the Quick Links section. 5. You will enter the Welcome to VIPTA enrollment page and click on Next. 6. Your VIPTA Company profile page will appear. Your company name and company ACNA S will be pre-populated to match your company profile. 7. You will be able to choose the applicable ACNAS that will be eligible in processing your VIPTA orders. The eligible ACNA you select will need to be on the ASR that is submitted to Verizon. 8. Choose the state your orders are to be provisioned. If you choose to process all your orders throughout the Verizon footprint you will need to check off all the state boxes. If you choose to process only orders from NY then you would check off the NY state box.

9. After you select the eligible ACNAS and states you will click on the Next button. 10. After you select Next your company profile confirmation page will be returned. If your updates are correct, you will then need to select the ACCEPT button. Note: By updating your current VIPTA profile or enrolling new in VIPTA, you are agreeing that you are authorized to place this request/change and that your company will now accept electronic test and turn-up results for the ACNA s and STATE s named on your confirmation page. 11. The VIPTA Distribution Information page is displayed after you choose the Accept button from the Confirmation Company Profile page. 12. From the VIPTA Distribution page under IMPCON TEL NO you will be able to select ALL this will allow all circuits that are VIPTA eligible such as T1 and DDS circuits with a loopable device to be processed through VIPTA. If you do not choose ALL you will need to choose a specific IMPCON and only the ASR s submitted to Verizon with that IMPCON will be eligible to be processed through VIPTA. 13. Next to the TO: and CC: box you will enter your VIPTA email address or Distribution List. The email addresses you set up will receive the VIPTA email test and turn-up results. Then select the ADD button. 14. Once you select ADD the information will drop down to the boxes below and you will be able to add additional distribution lists if needed. 15. Once completed select the Next button. 16. You will now be on the Final VIPTA Enrollment Confirmation page. From this page you will be able to confirm your previous enrollment selections. Such as your company name, ACNA s, the states where your company provisions orders, your choice of ALL or IMPCON numbers and your email address/distribution lists. 17. You will have the opportunity to change any of the above selections by choosing: Return to Company Profile Page button or Return to Distribution Information Page button. 18. Once you confirm the information to be correct you will select SUBMIT. Note: You will need to select SUBMIT to process your request otherwise your enrollment selections will be lost. 19. If you submission is successful, the following statement page will appear: Thank you for your request. Your changes are being processed and will be effective the next business day. From this page you will be able to click on the Return to Access Ordering Home Page.

20. Reminder: You will need to set up your company email box to receive VIPTA email notifications. What if after I hit submit, I need to modify my request on the same day? You will need to go back into the VIPTA enrollment link and choose from the type of request you submitted. For example, if you need to update your email addresses, then you would select VIPTA Distribution Management. The system will pull up your distribution list and show you what is pending highlighted in red. Any information that has been updated that current day will be highlighted in red. You will be able to edit the information by hitting an edit button beside the pending updates. You will then go through the same steps as you did when submitting the original request by hitting next and receiving the confirmation page and then hitting submit. After I submit my VIPTA request when will it become effective? When a customer submits an update to the Automatic VIPTA enrollment database it will become effective the next business day at 7:00a.m. The customer will be able to view the updated information on the VIPTA Enrollment database the following business day after 7:00a.m. Existing VIPTA Customers Account Management The information returned will be what is currently built in our VIPTA database and will correspond to your User/Company profile. You will have the ability to add, modify or delete an email address from your VIPTA distribution list or add or delete an existing IMPCON from your VIPTA account. 1. To access the Access Ordering page select the following link: https://www22.verizon.com/wholesale/secure/access/systems/home.jsp 2. Select Login to Access Ordering 3. Enter your User ID and password. 4. From the VPS Solutions Access Services page select the VIPTA Enrollment link under the Quick Links section. 5. You will be brought to the VIPTA Request page. From this page you will be able to select the TYPE of request you would like to submit. There will be three links that will display the type of request you will select from: Master Profile, VIPTA Distribution Management and VIPTA Administration Reports. Selecting VIPTA Master Company Profile: You will be able to update your existing VIPTA enrollment Company profile by choosing eligible ACNAS and selecting the STATES where you want to process your VIPTA orders.

Note: Selecting the appropriate company profile - If your company does business under more than one company name, you will be able to retrieve your VIPTA Company profile under the company name you choose. You will only have the ability to choose one company profile at a time. 1. Once on the Company Profile page, you will be able to the view your current ACNA S enrolled in VIPTA which are indicated with an X. You will be able to place an X next to the new ACNA(s) to be included, or remove the existing X for the ACNA(s) that are to be removed from your account. 2. In addition, you will be able to view your current STATE S enrolled in VIPTA which are indicated with an X. You will be able to place an X next to the new state(s) to be included, or remove the existing X for state(s) that are to be removed from this profile. 3. Once you have made your updates to your ACNAS and STATES select the NEXT button. 4. Your company profile confirmation page will be returned. If your updates are correct, you will then need to select the ACCEPT. Note: By updating your current VIPTA profile or enrolling new in VIPTA, you are agreeing that you are authorized to place this request/change and that your company will now accept electronic test and turn-up results for the ACNA s and STATE s named on your confirmation page. 5. The VIPTA Distribution Information page is displayed after you choose the Accept button from the Confirmation Company Profile page. 6. The system will bring you to the VIPTA Distribution Information Page for your company. If you do not want to make any updates on this page select the Next button. 7. You will then be brought to your VIPTA Final Confirmation page. Once you confirm the information to be correct you will click on SUBMIT. Note: You will need to hit SUBMIT to process your request otherwise your enrollment selections will be lost. Selecting VIPTA Distribution Management: Once selected you are able to view or update your company s distribution lists used to send VIPTA email notification information. 1. From the VIPTA Distribution Information page you will be able to add, delete or update your distribution lists.

Note: You have the ability to select ALL under the IMPCON column this will allow all circuits that are VIPTA eligible such as T1 and DDS circuits with a loopable device to be processed through VIPTA. If you do not choose ALL you will need to choose a specific IMPCON and only the ASR s submitted to Verizon with that IMPCON will be eligible to be processed through VIPTA. Add a new IMPCON: Add your new IMPCON in the IMPCON value box along with your existing email address or addresses in the distribution value box. Note: Ex: John.Smith@ABC.com, (Separate each email address with a comma). Update an existing Distribution list: you will be able to update your distribution list on an existing IMPCON by selecting the update button and then make your changes to the existing email addresses. Delete an IMPCON: you will be able to delete an existing IMPCON which will also delete the associated distribtution list for the deleted IMPCON. Note: You may cut and paste a distribution list to another value box 2. Once you are finished making your updates you will need to select the Next Button. 3. You will now be on the Final VIPTA Enrollment Confirmation page. From this page you will be able to confirm your previous enrollment selections. Such as your company name, ACNAS, the states where your company provisions orders, your choice of ALL or IMPCON number(s) and your email address/distribution lists. 4. You will have the opportunity to change any of the above selections by choosing: Return to Company Profile Page button or Return to Distribution Information Page button 5. Once you confirm the information to be correct you will select SUBMIT. Note: You will need to select SUBMIT to process your request otherwise your enrollment selections will be lost. 6. From the VPS Access Solutions page under Quick Links select the VIPTA Enrollment link. 2. You will be brought to the VIPTA Request page. From this page you will be able to select the TYPE of request you would like to submit. Select the link VIPTA Administration Reports. 3. You will be able to choose from the following two reports: 1. Customer Enrollment Report: This report will provide your company with current ACNA and State information currently enrolled in VIPTA. It will also display your current distribution lists as well as who made the last update along with the date and time of the change. Your company will have the ability to download this report on to an excel spreadsheet. Note: contact date and time not presented if update made prior to mechanization 2. VIPTA email Report: This report will capture a list of all the VIPTA emails sent to your company. This will be a great report to track your order completions through VIPTA. The report will include the date & time email was sent, circuit ID, type of order, Verizon order numbers and customer s PON. Your company will have the ability to download this report on to an excel spreadsheet.
