The hemline must hit the thinnest point of the calves. Best paired with heels to avoid shortening the frame. Skirts and dresses are the easiest pieces to wear. Our weight sometimes fluctuates. So when gaining or losing, a skirt or dress (with stretch) will still fit. However, jeans or trousers don t fit when gaining extra pounds, unless they have stretch as well.
