Operating Principle: Euro Vacuum s Oil Sealed Rotary Vane Pump operates according to the rotary vane principal. The rotor is eccentrically positioned in the pump cylinder and has machined slots for sliding vanes. The centrifugal force of the rotation pushed vanes out these slots and towards the wall of the cylinder. The gas enters the vacuum pump inlet then passes through a built-in anti-suck valve that prevents the pump from rotating backwards and into the cylinder. The gas is compressed and pushed out through the exhaust opening located between the pump housing and exhaust box. The oil is feeding consistently to cylinder from oil sump for sealing and lubrication, and collects through oil exhaust filter in the bottom of the oil exhaust separator chamber and returns to the pump. Simple installation- Air-Cooled, No water required direct driven- design requires No belts. Integral exhaust filter- Discharge Air 99,9% Oil free quite operation. Quiet Operation Eurovacuum EV pumps are designed throughout to keep the noise level as low as possible. This is ensured by optimized running and sliding speeds and the selection of low-noise drive motors, as well as perfected manufacturing techniques using CNC automatic machines for optimized tolerances and reproducibility of the individual components. Anti-Suckback Valve A valve is built into the intake of the pumps. This anti-suckback valve is protected by a metal wire-mesh filter. During standstill of the pump (for example due to shutting down or a power failure) the valve closes the intake. This prevents the pressure from rising in the connected chamber while the pump is vented at the same time. Any suckback of pump oil into the vacuum system is thus also effectively prevented. This blocking process operates under all operating conditions (below 800 mbar (600 Torr)) and even when the gas ballast valve is open. Standard Equipment: Composite Vane. TEFC High efficiency Motor. EV Series dust filters Dust filters for the inlet side of the EV-Series vacuum pumps These dust filters can be mounted on the intake side of the EV-Series vacuum pumps to protect the pump against: dust, powders, chips, etc. The filters consists of a steel housing with a lit and quick locking clamps. Quick changing of cartridges is possible and the filters have a high separation ratio. The housings are suitable to be fitted with four different kind of filters: Paper cartridge Polyester cartridge Metal cartridge Activated charcoal cartridge Separates particles down Separates particles down Separates particles down Absorbs vapours of to 1 µm. EV Central Vacuum Systems EV Central Vacuum Systems for use in factories and hospitals Double system, 2 pumps Double systems are commonly used in the Industry and offer the advantage of supplying a continues vacuum more economical then a number of small vacuum units. It also compensates large vacuum variations in the number of vacuum consumers. Triple system, 3 pumps Triple systems are commonly used in hospitals and offer the same advantages as the double system. The third pump also offers an extra safety factor for when one of the pumps is switched off by an error or for service purpose. This Way there is always a vacuum present, systems are according to DIN EN 737-3 We also have Single systems, 1 pump, available for small systems that need a buffer tank. At request we will design a special system that meet your requirements.
