Overview of Hertsmere Leisure: o o o Hertsmere Leisure is a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity Commenced trading 1 st February 2002 running five Hertsmere Borough Council owned sites. January 2006 commenced the management of facilities on behalf of Three Rivers District Council and Milton Keynes Council. o Addition of Bletchley Leisure Centre and community facilities in Milton Keynes in 2010. o o A lead agency in Hertfordshire s Children's Centres February 2012, entered into a 10-year lease with HBC running the existing facilities, plus Threeways Community Centre, Bushey County Club and Community Centre, Park Events and 50+ Activities
