It also enables you to establish a list of predefined values for each user-defined field. This eliminates the chance of data entry error and ensures accuracy when analyzing data. Recruitment and Vacancy Management Whether you are recruiting internally or externally, finding the right candidates for an open position is extremely important. Applicant specific information relating to an open vacancy can be accessed through the applicant card or the vacancy card. This includes items such as expected salary, willingness to relocate, and availability. Automatically rate all applicants that have applied for a position through the interactive Job Applications Matching function. Applications & Recruitment The system allows the creation of Vacancies for positions within the organisation. Applicant specific information relating to an open vacancy can be accessed through the Applicant Card or the Vacancy card. This includes items such as expected salary, willingness to relocate, and availability. Applicant information can be entered into the system by the HR personnel from forms completed by the applicants or the whole process can be automated and applicants can apply for vacancies and enter their details on the organisation s public website. Applications submitted can be automatically screened against the position required qualifications so as to automatically exclude those applicants whose qualifications do not satisfy the minimum requirements of a position. Exelsys On-line recruitment web site integration The Exelsys On-line recruitment module can be linked with a company s public web site and allow web site visitors to directly apply for available jobs. Applications entered are automatically entered into the Exelsys HCM system, freeing thus the HR department from having to collect this data from paper forms or e-mails and enter it into the system. Customise the look and feel of the pages to be in line with that of your webs site An administration configuration page allows you to define the look and feel of the pages so that they match those of your website.
