PARENT FUND VOLUNTEER SITE CALLING AND ONLINE RESULTS REPORTING You can now report the results of your parent fund calls online. Please follow the instructions below. 1. Go to: www.hamilton.edu/afvolunteer and sign in using your HOLAC ID and login. Need a password reminder? https://my.hamilton.edu/myhamilton/forgotpassword.html. 2. Under My Assignments click on View My Assignments 3. In a moment a screen will load and display a list of your assignments. 4. When making calls, click on the individual you wish to call. Our calling form will appear containing contact information and giving history. 5. When you ve completed your call, select the Report My Results tab at the top of your screen. 6. Using the drop down selection box, choose a result (e.g., Gift by Credit Card ). 7. You can enter additional information about your results in the text box provided. 8. Once you ve completed your report, click the Submit button. A confirmation screen will appear saying Your results were successfully reported and will provide you with links back to the volunteer website or to view your assignments. 9. Remember to return to the Volunteer Site (www.hamilton.edu/afvolunteer) often to check on the status of your assignments and report your calling results. The first thing you see at the top of the page is a Messages section, which is updated every few weeks, generally by the director of annual giving. This gives you the latest perspective on the Annual Fund. Below that is the primary link for Parents in the Volunteer site: View my assignments You can always find what you re looking for by coming back to the Volunteer site home page. This is a quick report card of how you re doing so far. Once you re in this screen, you can check out the totals for Current Year Paid, Pledges Due and Last Year Paid for your assignments appear in the bottom left corner of the screen You can search for specific assignments using the Find box in the upper left corner of the screen (if you have more than 5 assignments) In the text box, type in all or part of the first OR last name (not both) and click Search To clear your selection and view the full list again, click Clear Click on the individual you wish to call. An online version of our calling form will appear containing all the contact information the College has and their giving history. If there s contact information missing, do some investigating. There are a number of Web resources, such as anywho.com and superpages.com. Any contact information you find, please send along to the College using the text box provided on the report my results tab.

When you ve completed your call, select the Report My Results tab at the top of your screen Using the drop down selection box, choose a result (e.g. Gift by Credit Card ) You can enter additional information about your results in the text box provided such as news, change in address or restriction information about the gift. Once you ve completed your report, click the Submit button. A confirmation screen will appear saying Your results were successfully reported and will provide you with links back to the home page or to view your assignments. You can go back and update your results after each attempt
