1. The applicant should first create an account by clicking the "Create Account" button. Click here to CREATE ACCOUNT. 2. Fill-in the required information and click "Submit". 3. An activation link will be sent to the registered e-mail ID of the applicant, entered at the time of filling in the information. You will get a mail as Auto generated mail from CCSU Webmaster Please click the activation link in the email to activate the account. Click on this Link to ACTIVATE your account. PAGE 1
4. Click on the "Make Payment" button and fill up the Enrollment ID. Choose the required option for making the payment. CLICK MAKE PAYMENT Fill in your Enrollment ID and Click SEARCH 5. The applicant can now directly make the payment online using the payment gateway 'ONLINE PAYMENT" option or deposit the amount through the Bank Challan option depositing the amount in any branch of ICICI Bank. Please refer to the Branch List. Please note the payment gateway service provider shall charge Rs.22.47/- as transaction processing fee for Internet Banking, 1% of customer payment for Debit cards and 1.5% of customer payment for Credit cards. Those paying through Bank Challan shall be charged an amount of Rs. 10/- as processing fee. PAGE 2
6. If "Online Payment" is chosen, the applicant will be redirected to the payment gateway. Choose the manner of making payment accordingly. 7. Those making payment online through internet banking/ debit card/ credit card shall be provided a TRANSACTION ID. Please take a printout of the transaction receipt. 8. Those paying by challan, should retain the "Remitter's Copy" and "University Copy" for future need. Please note that the "University Copy" of the challan should not be sent to the University. This should be produced only at the time of admission along with printed copy of the generated application form. 9. After making the payment, go to the "APPLY ONLINE" section. For submitting the application, the applicant now has to log-in by submitting the ENROLLMENT ID and TRANSACTION ID printed in the transaction receipt generated after the online payment or the stamped and paid bank challan. Click APPLY ONLINE and enter your Enrollment ID & Transaction ID PAGE 4
10. Fill-in the required information as per the format of the application. Please note that submission of information to each section is essential and you cannot skip any section. Click on the FILL / UPDATE button to fill in the Personal information. Please note that the Name and the Contact number cannot be edited. If there is any mistake, you have to create a new account. 4. Click PARENTS INFORMATION button to fill in parents details. Fill up the section Parents Information. 5. Click LEGAL & LOCAL GUARDIAN button to fill in details. Fill up the section Legal and Local Guardians. PAGE 7
Click UPLOAD DOCUMENTS button to upload your photograph and your scanned signature. Upload your Passport size photograph and your scanned signature through this section Upload Documents. After going through all these sections, Please click on the Go to the Personal Information section Once we now reach back to the Personal Information page, a FINAL SUBMIT button will be activated which has to be CLICKED. Click the FINAL SUBMIT button PAGE 8
Once this FINAL SUBMIT button is clicked, the Filled in Registration form, the CPGEE 2015 Admit Card, the Annexures (A,B,C,D) can be downloaded from the section DOWNLOAD which becomes visible on the Top Right Corner of the page. Click on the DOWNLOAD button to download the Registration form, Admit Card and the Annexures 11. Take a printout of the application form along with the necessary annexures. The printouts will contain the Application form, formats of affidavits (Annexure A & B), Medical History of the applicant (Annexure C),Declarations by applicant and parent (Annexure D), Sample copy of the OMR sheet for CPGEE 2015, and the Admit card. It is to be noted that the Annexures A and B are mere formats for creating Affidavits which has to be necessarily on stamped papers. Please retain all the items carefully. NOTE: For those applicants, whose results of the qualifying degree examination is not declared at the time of submitting the application, they may login to the portal again and enter their overall Marks/CGPA obtained in qualifying examination up to 15 th July 2015. Candidates would be required to take a prinout of the Application form after entering the marks to be furnished at the time of admission All Arunudoy Centres (CSC) located at various districts of Assam have been requested to assist the intending applicants for filling up of the online form. Since these centres operate as entrepreneural ventures, they will charge a fee as per their norms. Please note that the University has no jurisdiction on these Arunoday centres. PAGE 9
