1. Activate the business cloud A. Service Activation: You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 2 hours maximum BASE business Cloud: Notification/Notificatie B. Go to https://cdashboard. basebusiness.be and click on Forgot password? C. Enter your Username (you received by email) and click on Submit D. Go to your Mailbox and click on the link you received. Enter twice the same Password and click on Submit E. Go to https://cdashboard. basebusiness.be. Enter your Username (received in the first email), Password (just chosen), select your Language and click on Login
2. Activate cprotect - Step 1 (Admin) A. In the Business Cloud, click on the cprotect tab. cprotect displays the availability of the Subscription key(s) and associated Mobile phone number(s). 2 cases: Unique User: Write the Subscription key and go directly to Step 2 Multiple Users: Go to the next Point B. Click on the Management Portals button, Add New and enter the requested information. At the end, click on Finish. The cprotect portal is created. You need to encode the details of your employee(s) and allocate each of them a cprotect license key as displayed in the business Cloud. It is therefore very important that you respect the links mobile phone number - subscription key as they have been provisioned in the business Cloud interface C. Click on Open (on the right side of the screen). Enter your Username and the Password you just defined. D. Enter the requested information: Subscription key / First & Last name / E-mail / Phone number. Upon attribution of the licenses, the cprotect portal sends two SMS to notify the person of the App activation
2. Activate cprotect - Step 2 (End-user) A. Go on to the Internet browser of your mobile phone and enter http://goo.gl/syc2wm or go to Google Play to download the cprotect application. B. Install the Application and Open it. C. Read and accept the Terms & Conditions and click on Activate. If you re a unique user, enter your license key. D. Enter a new Security code and verify it to make sure you entered it properly. You need the security code to use the Anti-Theft features remotely. If you have not set the screen lock for your device, you need to do so before you can continue. E. Enter the Trusted phone number. The trusted phone number receives alerts when the SIM card is changed in your device. F. After you have configured Anti-Theft, the product is turned on. Please see the cprotect User Manual for more information on the use of this application.
3. Activate cbox - Step 1 (Admin) A. In the Business Cloud, click on the cbox tab. You can see the cbox Subdomain information (cxxxxxxx as displayed above). This subdomain will become your company s generic storage URL, namely https:// cxxxxxxx.cbox-basebusiness.be B. Click on Manage to see and update the cbox User Accounts. You can see the current user/space allocation. Since the user details haven t been changed yet, each new user is allocated to the admin email address, but are linked through their respective mobile phone number. 2 cases: Unique User: Please go directly to the Step 2 Multiple Users: Please go to the next Point C. You can now update individual user details (first name, last name and e-mail address) to ensure future notification messages are addressed to the right person by clicking on the user itself and then on Edit settings. Please select Send invitation to send an invitation to the user. IMPORTANT: You should not change the Username nor the Password.
3. Activate cbox - Step 2 (End-user) A. You (or your employees) receive the e-mail cbox: Notification/Notificatie containing your (or their) credentials. B. Go to https://cxxxxxxx.cboxbasebusiness.be and click on Forgot Password? C. Enter your Username (you received by email) and click on Submit D. Go to your Mailbox and click on the link you received. Enter twice the same Password and click on Submit E. Go to https://cxxxxxxx. cbox-basebusiness.be. Enter your Username (received in the first email), your Password (just chosen) and click on Login now F. Once logged in, you will be able to download the client application for your PC or MAC. For Apple and Android App, go to http://goo.gl/1ezvkt (Apple) or to http://goo.gl/tgl0ko (Android) via the web browser of your mobile phone or tablet or to the dedicated App Store.
