Must be a high school senior or SCCC student who is a dependent child of a parent who actively serves (or at the time of death, actively served) as one of the following. Law enforcement officers, firefighters, members of emergency medical first aid squads or members of emergency management, working (whether on a volunteer or paid basis) in Sussex County. New Jersey State Police, residing or working in Sussex County. Note: High school students must be a member of the graduating class of 2010, and must be eligible to receive a high school diploma prior to September 1, 2010.
