Save lives protect property. Fire alarm systems for the future. FIRE ALARM

FIRE ALARM Uncompromising fire safety at the highest level.

INTEGRAL Proven know-how and IP technology as standard. The development of reliable fire alarm systems is a Schrack Seconet tradition. Extensive investments in research and development, as well as participation in international bodies and co-operation with technical universities, fire prevention bodies, fire brigade associations and testing institutes ensure that the products are always on the cutting edge of technology. All Integral IP control panels have an IP interface and thus support the Internet Protocol. With intelligent software applications, the control panels can also be networked independent of location and accessed remotely with a PC, smart phone or tablet. Intuitive and easy to use. The operating panel is the same for all Integral IP control panels: clearly arranged button layout and logical processes ensure the necessary overview in stressful situations. The labelling of the keys and the plain text information on the display are available in more than 20 languages. Absolute reliability with full redundancy. Redundancy in hardware, software, power supply and wiring ensures maximum availability and failure safety. Thus, all functions, displays and controls are retained in full in the event of a fault. Flexible interfaces. Integral IP control panels have different interfaces and standardised protocols, such as BACnet, OPC, ESPA or Modbus and therefore, are compatible with other trades, such as for building management systems. Reassuring investment security. The highest possible degree of forward and backward compatibility of the products is particularly important to Schrack Seconet. A gradual modernisation of older fire alarm systems can be easily and flexibly performed, and are therefore always an investment in the future. Made in Austria & Germany. Schrack Seconet places great emphasis on the high quality of all products. The technologically advanced fire safety systems are developed and produced in Austria and in Germany and are already in use worldwide.

In accordance with the standards, the Integral IP MX and CX panels can also be used as extinguishing system control panels (electronic control and delay device according to EN 12094-1 and VdS 2496) or as a combined fire alarm / extinguishing system control panel. External operating & indicator panels. The operating interfaces of our systems are continuously improved based on customer needs and the requirements of fire brigades and are available in more than 20 languages. In addition to the Integral IP control panels, we also offer many variations and models of fire brigade control panels (e.g. according to Austrian Standard ON F 3031, DIN 14662, SN 054002 etc.) and LED display panels.

FIRE ALARM Secure early fire detection and alarm notification. MTD 533X CMD 533X MTD 533X-S/SP MMD 130 Ex-i MTD 533X Settings according to EN 54 MTD 533X-S/SP Standard Typical applications CMD 533X MMD 130 Ex-i EN 54-3 Sounders, e.g. in hotel rooms, public buildings, schools, etc. EN 54-5 Heat detectors (conventional) where smoke is expected to be a source of deceptive alarms and where heat is not expected to be a source of a deceptive alarm (e.g. smoking areas). EN 54-7 Smoke detectors in standard applications for rapid detection in the event of a fire with formation of smoke (e.g. office buildings). EN 54-26 CO sensor for purely technical alarms without automatic alarm forwarding to the fire brigade (e.g. garages). EN 54-29 Combined smoke and heat detectors where short-term disturbances such as smoke, dust, insects and steam can occur (e.g. workshops, warehouses). EN 54-30 Combined CO and heat detectors for particularly quick and certain heat detection with CO assisted heat detection in areas where both smoke and heat can occur as sources of deceptive alarms (e.g. in industrial kitchens, and where human life is endangered).

INTEGRAL Integral CUBUS Fire detector family. Fire detectors with CUBUS detection technology adjust actively, permanently, automatically and dynamically to atmospheric conditions. Not only the individual factors of smoke, heat or CO are measured in addition they are always evaluated in the context of the relative changes in the other relevant characteristics. If there is a change in the atmospheric conditions, then the sensitivity of the detector is automatically adjusted. Manual call point. To manually actuate a fire alarm in accordance with EN 54-11, we offer a variety of manual call points (type A or B according to EN 54-11) in various designs and types of protection. In addition, the call points are available in other colours, as well as a stop button or as a triggering device for manual actuation of an extinguishing process (according to EN 12094-3). Audible and visual signalling devices. For acoustic and/or visual signalling of a fire, we offer a variety of such devices in various colours and finishes for X-LINE as well as for conventional connection. All devices have an EN 54 certification and/or VdS approval. Schrack Seconet also offers a complete line of flashing lights, which corresponds to the European standard EN 54-23, in effect since January 1, 2014. Input & output modules. For connection of peripheral devices, we offer a variety of control modules. Depending on the model, potential-free contacts can be interrogated, hazardous areas monitored, loads switched by relays, or special fire alarm systems can be integrated. Door holding magnet BX-MDH. The magnetic door holder is used for automatic closing fire doors in the event of an alarm and is connected directly to the Integral X-LINE. Unlike conventional magnets, this is not energised around the clock, but rather keeps the door open completely without energy consumption. Short circuit isolator in each element. The short circuit isolators integrated into every X-LINE device as standard ensure planning security as well as the devices remaining fully functional in the event of a short circuit, wire break or sabotage.

FIRE ALARM Special fire alarm systems for extreme conditions.

INTEGRAL Harsh atmospheric conditions such as extreme air humidity and soil load, high temperature or high altitudes challenges present conventional fire detectors with an almost impossible task. Schrack Seconet offers the special fire alarm technology product range for the right solution in every application, thereby guaranteeing security even under the most difficult conditions. Aspirating smoke detector ASD 535. Up to two independent aspirating pipes, each up to 300 m in length with up to 120 sampling points can be connected to the ASD 535. The software PipeFlow always guarantees a secure configuration according to EN 54-20, even with asymmetric routing. The ASD 535 is equally suitable for fire safety in high rooms and halls and for securing areas that are difficult to access due to structural or operational reasons. It also offers the ideal solution for facility monitoring around electric cabinets, machinery for manufacturing technology or computer systems. Linear smoke detectors. In large industrial, public or historic buildings, the maximum installation height of conventional fire detectors is often not enough. Here linear smoke detectors are used, which can be easily installed at high altitudes. If smoke enters the infrared beam between the transmitter and receiver, this is characteristically subdued and an alarm is triggered. Flame detectors for hazardous areas. Flame detectors are used for the detection of smokeless liquid and gas fires, and smoke-intensive open fires in hazardous areas, for example, in the combustion of oil products, gases, wood or plastics occur (zones 1, 2, 21 and 22). Typical applications include large industrial warehouses, aircraft hangars, chemical plants, oil refineries, machine rooms, power stations, printing works, etc. Duct smoke detector LKM 593X. For fire detection in ventilation systems or in places with high air velocity and strong smoke dilution. Thanks to early smoke detection, the LKM 593X prevents fires and smoke from spreading within and through ventilation systems. Linear heat detector ADW 535. In extreme environmental conditions, such as heat, humidity, dust and steam or gas development, the ADW 535 proves to be particularly reliable. Depending on the application, sensor tubes made of copper, stainless steel or PTFE (Teflon) are used. On each device two sensor tubes can be connected with up to 200 m in length as needed, even in completely different atmospheric conditions. In addition to high temperature applications, such as foundries or drying ovens, areas with extreme temperature fluctuations from the garage to the industrial kitchen or dairies, recycling and painting facilities fall into the suitable areas of operation for the ADW 535. LIST sensor cable. The addressable linear heat detector is characterised by precise detection, high response speed, ease of installation and commissioning. Various sensor distances, branches in the sensor cable and individual temperature sensors provide the perfect solution for every application.
