Lin-Cole Events Initial Client Contact The client contact will be made by phone or discussing what services the client wants. Based on this information, either my team or will meet for the initial meeting. This meeting will be held at a local restaurant that will be discussed. The client may bring whom ever they who like to the meeting with warning before time of the meeting. The cost would be covered by me. I will have the event/bridal questionnaire on hand for the client or it can be done online before the meeting to complete. After that is completed we will from there we will touch on subjects such as: likes, dislikes and budgeting in order to help make the event perfect. Lincole Event s accepts this responsibility and takes pride in holding the event date(s) reserved. Cancellation Policy lin-coleevents In the event the services of the Planner are no longer required (cancellation) deposit will be forfeited, as set out below: 0% of the deposit if the event is cancelled within 3 days of the signing of this contract. 35% of the deposit if the event is cancelled between 8-100% of the deposit if the event is cancelled after 30 days of the signing The client agrees to the total fee as outlined above. $.
