The total square footages are listed in the exhibits. The two larger facilities, 6101 Lake Ellenor and 832 W. Central are about 50% carpet, 50% vinyl flooring. All other sites are about 70% carpet 30% vinyl flooring, with the exception of S. Semoran Blvd suite 19-B dental clinic, which is about 25% carpet 75% vinyl flooring. Q33. What is the current condition of the floors? A33. Most flooring is 5-9 years old and shows little wear. Q34. What is the amount of traffic? A34. Southside Clinic and 832 W. Central Blvd have very high traffic, as do all WIC offices such as 901 W. Church St, 12050 E. Colonial, 800 Mercy Drive, and S. Semoran Blvd Suite 18-C.
