Powur partners can earn income in two ways: 1 2 Monthly residual income payments guaranteed for 20 years based on their personal and team solar installations. Weekly bonuses based on qualified lead acquisition. This document is meant to provide an overview of how income is paid through the Powur rewards plan. Powur Positions & Qualifications STARTING POSITION: every person starts as an independent Powur partner QUALIFIED LEAD: The definition of a qualified lead is a homeowner submitted through the Powur platform to SolarCity, who: Passes credit inspection; Owns their home; Is in a SolarCity service territory; and, Schedules an appointment for a free solar consultation. Fast Start Bonus YOU FAST START BONUS By submitting 3 qualified leads to SolarCity within 60 days of the date you enrolled as a Powur Partner you will earn a $75 Fast Start Bonus. I. 1 2 3 + + $75 ONE TIME I. Fast Start Bonus triggered at the completion of 3 qualified leads submitted to SolarCity. II. Fast Start Bonus is paid weekly. REMEMBER Income is only earned when qualified leads or customers are acquired. Powur reserves the right to retract the payment of any bonus or commission if it is found that the customer used to qualify for a bonus or a certain commission level was not a valid or qualified customer. Solar Installation Bonus YOU SOLAR INSTALLATION BONUS You will earn a one time $200 reward for each lead you refer that turns into a solar installation. There s no limit to how many leads you can refer and personal solar installation bonuses you can earn. I. Solar Installation Bonus paid monthly. II. Monthly commissions deposited by the 10th of each following month. III. 20 Year Solar Residual Bonuses GEN 1 QUALIFIED PARTNER SENIOR POWUR PARTNER NATIONAL POWUR PARTNER NATIONAL PERSONAL HERO Over time, the majority of your compensation can come from residual income you earn for 20 years on solar installations throughout your organization. Acquiring new solar customers is the fuel for your business, allowing you to build a long-term, lasting income. By teaching others to do the same thing, you can build a compounding residual income. GEN 2 20 YEAR TEAM RESIDUALS The amount paid on each generation of GEN 3 installations monthly for 20 years. GEN 4 $0.60 $0.60 $0.60 I. Paid Monthly. II. You are paid by your rank calculated at the end of each weekly pay period. IV. The abbreviation stands for each Powur position; qualified partner, senior partner, etc. V. The Team LAB amount next to each position is what you will earn in Lead Acquisition Bonuses when the new qualifying partner is under that position. For example, if you are a National Powur Partner, and a (qualified partner) earns a LAB with no higher ranked partners between you; you would earn $75. TEAM PERFORMANCE BONUS You earn Team Performance Bonuses when Powur partners in your organization, who are under a Powur partner that has reached the same earned position (or higher) that you have reached acquire new leads and become qualified within 60 days of their start date. Powur Compensation Timeline In the beginning, the majority of your income can be earned from Qualified Lead Acquisition bonuses, while the leads in your team turn into solar customer installations. We created LAB bonuses because solar installations typically take 90 days from the date a lead has been submitted. Powur has pioneered a way for you to get paid generously today, while 20 year solar residuals compound from the activity happening within your team.
