3 Income Disclaimer All examples shown are for illustration purposes only and intended to demonstrate your potential sales earnings while explaining the Resorts360 compensation plan. These figures should not be considered as guarantees or projections of your actual earnings. Results will vary and are based upon your own personal efforts and the efforts of your sponsored team. The Simple Overview Resorts360 has a 2 tier affiliate compensation plan. It is not a multi-level marketing pay plan. On each direct sale, two people are paid sales commissions (1 st to the direct seller of the travel product and the 2 nd to the direct seller s immediate upline sponsor). No commissions are paid for the recruiting of members to participate in a business opportunity. Commissions are paid as a direct result of the selling of a travel product and related services to support the travel product.

Non-Members commissions will roll up as a 2nd Tier commission to your sponsor ($400 and $2,000 respectively). Non-Members will be paid full commissions on their 4th sale and beyond. Non-Members do not have access to the travel product. ** 3 sales of any type are required for Executive members to receive Elite sales commissions. If an Elite sale is made prior to reaching this qualification, the Executive member will earn $400, and $1,600 will roll up as a 2nd Tier commission to your sponsor (regardless of your sponsors membership level).

8 Commission Payout Dates Any sales commissions from memberships sold will be paid out on the 15 th of the next calendar month. If the 15 th falls on a holiday or weekend, then the payment will take place on the next business day following the 15 th. Example: Any member who makes a sale in June, would be paid on the 15 th of July. Any member who makes a sale in July, would be paid on August 15 th. Payments will be made by U.S. funds via company check or bank wire transfer depending on your preference. In the future, we will be examining payments through debit cards and e-wallets for your convenience.

9 Refunds Resorts360 offers a 10 day 100% money back guarantee on the amount paid to Resorts360 for membership (the strongest money back guarantee in the industry). Refund period starts the day Resorts360 receives payment and issues usernames and passwords for member websites. Members will have 10 days to look through the travel portal to ensure they can use their membership and receive savings. If members have questions about using their travel membership, they should call the concierge service and ask questions so they understand what savings are available to members. If members are not satisfied, they must call the Resorts360 office at or [email protected] to request a full refund within 10 days. After 10 calendar days, there are absolutely NO refunds available. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not purchase a travel membership in Resorts360. NOTE: We do not reimburse members for any banking, transfer, wire, credit card or check fees they incur to pay for membership.

10 Summary Resorts360 offers a solid discount/wholesale travel product along with a powerful referral program that compensates you handsomely for inviting other guests to join our company. We have a very generous compensation bonus override for team members and pay commissions back to our members who help us grow. There is no trickery, hype or games with our business model. What you see is what you get. From time to time, Resorts360 will offer bonus compensation and/or travel reward contests to help motivate members to achieve their sales goals.
