Densay M. Sengsoulavong, Broker, Property Manager Designations: REALTOR, National Association of Residential Property Managers Bio: Densay is a graduate of the Cameron School of Business at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing. Densay has been intricately involved in real estate sales and property management with years of experience in market segmentation and database management. After being involved in start-ups of a franchise office as well as a full service brokerage, Densay has become knowledgeable in the areas of real estate sales and management, specifically transaction management and marketing. While managing operations, Densay has developed internal processes and procedures including accounting, transaction, and training modules. Our Team Jacob Roed, Marketing and Leasing Coordinator Bio: Jacob is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington, and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies. Jacob ensures the firm's properties get the most exposure when it comes to marketing, both online and traditional. He thoroughly screens and processes all inquiries and applications for our vacant rental properties as well as provides pertinent market information to buyers, sellers, and tenants. Also serving as the manager of our intern program, Jacob assists the firm in our goal to provide a true, rich experience to local students focused on business and real estate studies. Diana Cunningham, Housekeeping and Site Services Manager As of head Housekeeping and Site Services, Diana supervises our team of cleaning professionals. She ensures all of our housekeepers are trained and experienced professionals who maintain our properties according to the highest standards. Diana checks each unit after it is cleaned and also reports any maintenance problems before tenants move in. For over 5 years, Diana has helped our property owners and tenants save time and money by detecting preventive maintenance issues. She treats each property as though it were her own home with her care and attention to detail. Interns and Support Services Our interns and support staff play a vital role in keeping the daily operations of our firm streamlined. The York Real Estate Internship program is operated in conjunction with local universities and community colleges.
