Disclaimer a) General Rules In the interest of all participants, the most rigorous discipline is required. This is the only way an event such as this one can take place without a hitch. Each participant is committed, during the Practice- and Race events to abstain from the use of Alcohol. There is a 0,0 Tolerance enforced. Equally, any type of Drugs which impairs the driving and reaction is strictly prohibited. The driver must be in a good health condition. A refund can only be claimed if the organizer cancels the event. b) Disclaimer Each participant must be aware that he/she is solely responsible for himself/herself and his/her vehicle. The participant (applicant, driver, vehicle owner) takes part in the event at his own risk. He/she carries the sole civil and penal responsibility for all damages caused by him/herself. By signing this document, the participant renounces to taking action for any accidents or damages caused at the event against the following parties: - the SCCI, representative of the Club, the president, the employees or the members - the event organizer, its representatives, sport or assistants - the participants, their assistants or own assistants - authorities, race services or any other people connected with the organization of the event, as long as the accident or damage isn t premeditated or isn t an act of gross negligence. c) Insurance (obligatory) The mandatory insurance must be taken out by vehicle for the participation in the Slalom, Steadiness Driving Test, Racetrack driving on your own, Introction Sessions, Sprint Race and/or Various Circuit racings. The insurance sum amounts to CHF 5 Million per incident for bodily injury and property damage as well as insured loss prevention costs. The insurance cover extends to bodily and property damage that the participant causes to other people/property (e.g. damage to the racing facilities and their corresponding buildings). Mutual claims between participants, concerning damage to vehicles are excluded. The General Insurance Terms and Conditions and the additional conditions of the Zürich Insurance Company are applicable here. Retention CHF 5 000.- per incident appertaining to damage caused to the race circuit and its corresponding buildings. (CHF 100.- per incident appertaining to property damage).the organizer (SCCI) reserves the right to assert the aforementioned retention per claim for the party causing the damage. d) Insurance (accident) The organizer (SCCI) recommends that the participants check their existing Accident Insurance policies to ensure that they are covered for any accidents and accordingly adjust to ensure adequate coverage. e) Safety Regulations - Helmets and safety belts must be worn in all races - Convertible only with hardtop or roll bar (except Slalom / side windows must be closed) - Every racing driver must hold a valid driving license and show it at the vehicle inspection - The vehicle can only be occupied by the driver alone in the competitive events - The participation without competing is not permitted Noise Level Regulations: Friday maximum 100 dba!!! The exhaust must not be dismantled or replaced before the race. Authoritative information about the sporting event will be given out by the race leader. CEM Concours d'elégance: On Friday, the convoy starts in Switzerland and will arrive at the Circuit de Bresse (France) in the afternoon. REGULATION CIRCUIT DE BRESSE The Area of the Circuit de Bresse is closed after 8pm. The regulation of the Circuit de Bresse is strictly enforced. The use of Charcoal Grills are not allowed. Electric- or Gas Grills are permitted. PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS Racetrack Circuit de Bresse (Friday 24 July 2015) All in this tender not carried over texts correspond to the valid SCCI Competition rules which have to refered to. The regulations can be found at www.scci.ch. In all disagreements the respective German version is binding. Information to the race track: www.circuitdebresse.fr

1. Participant Drivers with and without a racing license, but with a valid driving license. The number of starters is limited. Receipt of the entry is decisive. Entries on site will only be possible if participants are still free places are available (except for slalom). Only the starters of the categories Class Race, Historic Race, Sprint Race, Steadiness Driving Test and Racetrack driving on your own are entitled to drive with their cars on the racetrack. 2. Eligible cars Corvette, all U.S. cars and sports cars are eligible. Vehicles must be in perfect working condition and roadworthy. A vehicle, with a construction of certain risks seems to be hidden or not the following the noise requirements can be excluded from participation. There is no right to recover the entry fee. NOISE REGULATIONS: Friday max. 100 dba strict controls! 3. Safety requirements for vehicles For convertible a firmly installed hardtop or a roll bar is mandatory (except slalom, racetrack driving on your own, steadiness driving test; car roof and side windows need to be closed). Towing device it subject to the provisions of the SCCI Competition Rules ( 1.2). For any damage to the vehicle in the salvage or case of a crash, any liability is excluded. 4. Safety equipment of the participants If not different specified the SCCI Competition rules are valid, at least three-point safety belts have to be worn and a suitable helmet for car racing. Slalom, Racetrack driving on your own, Sprint Race, Steadiness Driving Test: long dress (sleeves and pants) and closed shoes are required. Fully synthetic clothing is strictly prohibited. Fire-retardant protective clothing and gloves to FIA standards for the participants of the training course, and the Sprint Races are recommended. Class Race, Historic Race, CEM Grand Prix: fire-retardant racing suits, gloves and closed shoes are required. 5. Racetrack driving on your own This is not a circuit racing. The driver training is not targeted to achieve top speeds and fast lap times, but for the optimization of driving skills and driving techniques. The aim is to improve driving safety for the road. For the participants of the Sprint Race and of the Circuit race is the Racetrack driving on your own in the registration fee included. 6. Sprint Race (counts for SCCI-Club Championship) Participants starts to the sprint race individually, out of the pit lane. The test takes about 30 minutes. Each fully completed lap is timed. It is clearly prohibited for the participants: to get involved into duels, to delay or deliberately to wait for other competitors or to be hinder they. The grouping will be for sport drivers with average lap times and for Sport-/Race drivers with fast lap times. For the participants of the Circuit races is 1 sprint race in the registration fee included. 7. Class Race, Historic Race (counts for SCCI-Club Championship) Last time for registration 24 July 2015 / 08:00 For convertible a firmly installed hardtop or a roll bar is mandatory. 8. CEM Grand Prix (counts for SCCI-Club Championship) The qualification for Corvette and All American exclusively take place with the respective Class Race results (only the 25 fastest drivers of the day). An additional registration fee must not be paid. 9. Slalom (counts for SCCI-Club Championship) Last time for registration 24 July 2015 / 09:00 The slalom will be held on the racetrack Convertibles are allowed.
