Hermitage Wood Crescent, Guildford, Surrey The property has six bedrooms as well as staff overnight facilities within the leafy St. Johns Wood area of Woking, with its own range of artisan shops and cafes. Support is provided by CareTech Community Services Ltd. with the accommodation provider being Enhanced Housing Support Ltd. The property is large, airy with a canal at the end of the large patio and garden space. The bedrooms and bathrooms are arranged over three floors with exceptional facilities to include 1 en suite bedroom and three further bathrooms including showers and baths. Five of the people previously shared a house and expressed a wish to move together. Working closely with local and personal agents, Care Quality Commission and others, we were able to take this wish and make it a reality, all living very happily together. The sixth person joined soon after.

Cumberland Avenue, Guildford Cumberland Avenue is a 4-bed property in Guildford leased by EHSL to meet the demand for accommodation for people that require support by Caretech Community Services. The separate provision of accommodation and support is in line with today's standards for supported living and will allow three or four clients to be supported to live independently with tailored support packages, provided by Caretech's supported living team in Surrey EHSL is a not-for-profit housing provider that specialises in providing shared accommodation for people with learning disabilities and other support needs.

Individuals living at the service are supported to successfully hold their own tenancy via one of our many registered housing partners. Support is tailored to individual needs and they are supported to improve upon their daily living skills so that they can move into their own property in the community with outreach support.

Park Road is a five person, supported living service in Tameside (Greater Manchester) for people with learning disabilities and mental health problems. The support is provided by CareTech within five individual flats and consists of high staff support to work with people with complex mental health conditions, such as schizophrenia. The service supports people who may have previously been in residential care or hospital services. There are high levels of staff support, and this enables the team to work on each individual s motivation, self-belief, independent living skills and manage any anxieties. The expectation is for the support hours of each client to reduce over time.
