To present the work performed within all work packages. To discuss about the events to be organized during the total duration of the task agreement. To give information concerning the required deliverables. 2) Status of the GOT PPE program The thematic of the PPE WP is in the field of Engineering Design and Construction, this training program is associated to the procurement of the ITER Port Plug including: design, structural analysis, neutronics, material requirement, nuclear requirement, safety, manufacturing aspect, assembly aspect, maintainability. The official starting date of the ITER GOT PPE is 1st september 2008 established for 4 years, the first year being devoted to the recruitment of the trainees and elaboration of the personal carrier development plan. Six work packages of three years duration are identified see table 1: 2 CEA, 1 FZJ, 2 KIT, and 1 HAS All the trainees have been recruited for each work package, the starting date of each work package being the official date of each euro-trainee recruitment. Have been identified in this table: The events effectively done in 2009 (green color), The events postponed in, already done in association or canceled (yellow color) The events to be organized in. For each event an association is in charge of the organization. 4) Sharing within association and industry. During this meeting, sharing within association and industry have been discussed see annex 2 and 3. Number of trainee sharing within associations has been identified for. The entire trainee sharing with industry is postponed in. 5) Deliverable All contracts have already started and all the trainees have been recruited during the first year, the ITER GOT PPE training program will run from the 01 September of 2008 to the 07 july of 2012 First deliverable () Personal Career Development Plan (EFDA form to be filled). Completed in 2009 for each WP. By the beginning of a detailed report is due (by January ) which is a gathering of the individual reports from the associations and a summary report from the leading association mentioning the activities performed and the relation between the due deliverables and expenditures at date. A template will be sent later as EFDA is preparing one possible format at the moment. 6) Next meeting The next meeting should be organized probably end of February, it will be held at the level of the ITER-PPE training management board. in this meeting: The good accordance between the work effectively performed within the different WP and the initial scope of the contract. The sharing within the associations and more accurately the detail of each subject to be done by the shared trainees. IRFM IRFM/SIPP/GIPM L. Doceul PEFC/CRR-2009.034 #00 15/12/09 3/6
