Our main campus and office is located in the city of Adelaide, easily accessible by public transport and a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The venue for the cookery units is located at a prominent function centre, only a 15 minute drive from the centre of Adelaide. All students undertake shifts at the Adelaide Zoo, where we own and operate several catering outlets, including training restaurants and commercial kitchens in their second semester. This enables students to gain real experience in facilities which can cater up to 25,000 customers.
