ATUB Is there a necessity to prepare a thesis (any kind) during or the end of medical specialist training in your country, specialty or section?

İsviçre Switzerland there used to be. At the moment some specialties ask for a publication in a Swiss or International medical journal.
BK UK not in Surgery, but in a small number of specialties a designated Master s program might be required and this would usually include a thesis, but this is unusual. For example a masters thesis for all trainees in nuclear medicine in the UK is recommended but, It is not presently an absolute requirement.
BK After the first 2-3 years of training in most specialties including general practice, there is some sort of exam eg the MRCP(UK) for medical specialties. In later postgraduate training, and depending on the specialty, there may be further designated Diplomas and/or specialist certificate examinations to pass, together with different components of continuous assessment of competencies throughout training, but no thesis.

Hollanda In order to become a medical specialist afterwards a thesis is not necessary. However, my people in the Netherlands enrolled in a PhD programme before or in order to start a specialist training afterwards.
