Our sales enablement solutions drive sales execution by giving sales reps quick access to all the resources, coaching and collaboration to engage buyers and deliver information at the right stage of the buying process. We are headquartered right off the beach in Melbourne, Florida and are looking to increase our team to help support our growing company. Position Summary We are currently looking for a skilled Enterprise Sales Guide to join our team. To succeed, you will need to have excellent communication skills and be highly motivated with the right amount of energy & enthusiasm. You must also be highly skilled in connecting with people; have a team- based, collaborative approach; and a strong desire to guide enterprise prospects through the buying process to make the right decision even if it s not ours. Our sales approach is different than most. Success depends on your ability to learn and execute state- of- the- art guided selling practices that use a low- pressure, trusted advisor approach. You have to be smart, quick on your feet, willing to learn and self- develop, and be 2
able to create strong deliverables such as business case and discussion documents in PowerPoint and Word. There is some travel (15% at most), but most selling occurs via phone and web conference demos. There is a lot of strategy and planning for key prospect accounts that engage us, so this must appeal to you. Responsibilities include researching prospect companies (we don t ask sales guides to source prospect), researching individuals on LinkedIn and other sources, conducting discovery calls, diagnosing needs with good questions and conversation, conducting product demonstrations, opportunity planning and strategy, and follow- up execution. Sales guides must be able to show understanding and discuss buying team needs, connect our solutions to needs, and present solution and outcomes. Please do not apply if you have entrenched old- school selling habits and can t make the transition to a new way of selling. No hard closers please. We ve tried that method, and it doesn t work for candidates or Accent. You must be open- minded, willing to self- develop and accept feedback for improvement. In short, you have to love working hard and be passionate about selling and creating success for customers. Please note: this position is located in Melbourne, Florida and does permit for remote candidates. Responsibilities Gain an understanding of the buying team situation and goals Diagnose needs with good questioning practices and listening skills Share outcomes, case studies, success stories and industry research Share insight with buying teams that help them through the buying process Manage a pipeline and multiple opportunities simultaneously Focus on the right opportunities through the use of prioritization skills Communicate and work effectively with all levels of the organization Innovate ideas that will streamline and improve our sales process Produce and manage meeting plans, demo schedules, detailed requirements and tasks lists that keep opportunities on track 3
